Hello and welcome.
Welcome to Everything is Energy and welcome to the Leo full moon.
This full moon actually takes place on January 28th at 11 16 a.
M.
Pacific time.
Luna will be at nine degrees in five minutes of Leo when she reaches her fullness.
As with everything trust that when you find this broadcast you'll find it it's just the right time for you so it doesn't matter the precise day.
The energies are encapsulated in the recording and you will get exactly what you need when you need it.
So full moons in general are times of realization.
Full moons are actually always when the Sun is opposite the moon and many people speak of the an opposition is actually a it can be seen as a negative aspect astrologically but it's also a time when we get to have awareness.
Things come up so as to come out.
Culminations,
Realizations happen during the full moon.
This particular full moon carries so much potential.
Why?
Well first we have I believe pretty much all planets are square involved in some sort of square into something else.
Squares are can traditionally be seen also as negative.
They're times of well the times of challenge is what I'd like to offer.
I offered this in the previous recording just in general about January so we're we're still in this energy of challenge.
What kind of challenge exactly?
Well let's look at what's happening astrologically and I pulled chart for the full moon and I'll include it in the blog post.
There's a link to the blog post in the notes for the broadcast if you want to have a look.
It's a pretty amazing beautiful powerful chart.
So we have La Luna in the sign of Leo.
Leo is fixed energy.
Leo is a very warm loving sign that likes to be in the spotlight.
Luna however is our internal self.
So what we're being invited to just simply with the energy of the moon and Leo is to go into our heart.
To really connect into the power of our heart.
And I mentioned that the Sun and the moon are in opposition during a full moon.
So the Sun is actually conjunct Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius.
Aquarius is also fixed energy and the Sun is our external self.
Jupiter and Saturn are expansion and karmic limitation consecutively.
So we're gonna see this kind of seeming intractability.
And on this chart if you can see these two are actually in opposition at a 90 degree angle which is what's called a t-square.
In the apex of this t-square the opposition we have Mars,
The planet of action and assertion,
Uranus the planet of high technology sudden change and black moon Elizabeth the planet that shows us our shadow side all in Taurus.
Taurus once again fixed energy.
So those three in and of themselves are pretty capitulating bunch is the word that I'd like to use.
And so all of this is fixed all of this is kind of pointing to the structures of our third dimensional world being shaken up so as to be shook out set free reset.
And this time we're still just at the beginning of 2021.
In January as I mentioned in an earlier previous broadcast January is really inviting us to claim our power as creators.
And we have all the perfect seeming tension challenges astrologically.
Merely and perfectly inviting us to look up and look into our future and look to create those new structures those new ways of being.
And this is all happening with the full moon and Leo because Leo is wanting us to stay connected to the power of our hearts.
That is also a theme just in general in January.
But what's coming through for this full moon and the energies about the full moon is that we get to be committed even when there's no signs of the world that we want to see or especially when we were looking at something in the physical world that seems to be the exact opposite of what we want.
We're invited to step up right now we're invited to remember and to embody that we are the creators.
When there are no signs that is precisely when we most powerfully tell the universe what we really want how we really want to vibrate.
So what we're being invited to do in this full moon and in January is to disconnect ourselves from the 3d world because the 3d world is going to try to pull us in all different directions.
There will be plenty of drama and we get to pull our heads and our awareness up and extend and expand out and just simply create.
Vibrate love,
Vibrate harmony,
Vibrate peace.
And another way to consider the power of this full moon right now is to to think about the level of resistance that we might see or that we might feel as simply and totally indicating the potential for expansion.
I am recording today up at the retreat property for a nonprofit I recently started called Seeding Reciprocity and I'm living in a yurt and I went to bed last night and woke up with several inches of snow and had a look at the weather and have come to realize that I might not be traveling anywhere for a whole week and it was interesting because at first my old programming thought oh no do I have enough food do I have enough of everything and then this peace set in that everything that I'm taking care of and that we're always taking care of that's why I wanted to share that story in this the way that we can shift the lens of am I trapped or am I on a solo beautiful mountain retreat surrounded by the natural world and with more than enough resources the latter is true actually I'm sure of it so let's get to a practice let's get to an energetic meditation practice for this full moon find a quiet safe comfortable space where you can close your eyes and be undisturbed for the next 10 minutes or so and first just simply come into your body notice how you're feeling how you're vibrating right now without judgments just simply observe what's present for you right now and if you do notice any heaviness or tension bring it your breath to that area in your body that part of your field and just simply breathe breathe into that space of contraction or heaviness and as you inhale you can imagine you're bringing the light of your consciousness the power of your breath to that spot in your field of your body and as you exhale you're just releasing anything that's ready to go a few more breaths just like that just do a scan maybe you start from the crown of your head and move down noticing any emotions noticing any thought forms noticing any physical sensations or anything else your third eye might pick up and anything that's feeling a little bit denser tense just bring the awareness your awareness and your breath and let the exhale be the opportunity for release nothing to do nothing to understand from a linear perspective just allow the breath to do its work allow your consciousness to be the catalyst here wonderful few more breaths just scanning your field releasing anything that doesn't serve you anything you're ready to let go of now I want to invite you to come with me to this sacred space where I am recording this broadcast there is a cleared area surrounded by a grove of trees some of which are several hundred years old and imagine yourself coming alone or to join me here at this clearing and as I mentioned it's wintertime there's a light snow coming down so as you arrive put yourself in whatever form of clothing or energetic bubble to make sure that you feel warm and safe and feel first as you arrive the silence the silence of the forest when it's snowing and as you look up you can see the snowflakes settling on your eyelashes and then feel the crispness the purity of the air as you breathe it in you can smell the sweet scent of the forest and as you look around this clearing is covered in pure white snow the area beneath the trees is still free from snow as if they're protecting the space beneath them but this clearing is full of snow and it's a circle so you're looking at this pure white circle you can step out into the clearing if you'd like you can stay beneath the shelter of the trees and as you step out notice as you're looking at this circle of white snow notice what might be present for you in terms of something that is challenging a personal challenge a social challenge an environmental challenge a collective challenge whatever comes to mind maybe even notice where you feel it in your body bring your breath to that space bring your breath to meet this challenge not to fight it just to be present with it it is our consciousness that transforms and see if as you come to meet this challenge you can feel the peace of this place the quiet piece of the snowfall the wisdom of the trees the blank slate of this pure white circle and the circle is reminding us this is not a linear journey that we're on this is a quantum journey this is a journey of awakening unlike anything that we've known yet so just simply notice what's coming up as a challenge bring your breath to meet that resistance and simultaneously feel the peace of this land the peace of this space the peace of the quiet the peace that's already residing within you but notice what happens as you connect to that piece it becomes your experience it becomes your truth and just simply allowing the breath to maybe even subconsciously work its magic on this challenge bring to the forefront of your consciousness this awareness of peace this stillness that is always present within you and see if you can just allow yourself to experience the sheer beauty and peace of a light snowfall feel how safe you are feel the magic of this miracle Mother Earth rehydrating her soil and feel how this sense of peace is now fully become your experience and now bring your breath bring your awareness to your heart your heart center and feel the peace the light the love that's existing right at the center of your chest this is a golden light potentially or notice what color exists there for you maybe it's green maybe it's a mix of golden and white and green and as you let your consciousness settle there feel your heart center just light up surrounded by the warm noble dignified energy of the Leo full moon your heart is ready to lead ready to lead you ready to lead the energetic vibration that you offer so as you're standing in this clearing surrounded by sacred trees allow the light of your heart to grow it's as if the aura that is your energetic bubble that is you is expanding with every breath and as you breathe in you can bring more light the light of your consciousness into your heart center and as you breathe out allow with the exhale your aura to expand skill yourself getting bigger inhaling into your heart exhaling expanding yourself outward and feel how safe it is to do that here in this land that's offering nothing but peace and you might even move into the center of the clearing the center of the circle of snow and continue to breathe into your heart and allow your aura to expand bigger and bigger and bigger and maybe this energetic bubble that is you eventually comes to expand large enough to fill the sacred circle and this might feel new maybe you never knew you could be this big this expanded this bright taking your time breathing in bringing the light of your awareness into your heart center breathing out your heart knows what to do it just simply supports you in expanding and if you feel comfortable once you've expanded your aura to take up this entire circle that is this clearing covered in snow you can feel at the edges of your field as if the trees are sort of tickling you to say hello they can feel how big you are and as you breathe into your heart next breathe in the light of your consciousness breathe out send that light from your heart down beneath the soil down into the center of Mother Earth just a few breaths here just grounding sending gratitude sending love and notice how she can sense how big you are how bright you are how light you are it's as if all of you that was concentrated in your regular size aura has just lightened up and taken up so much space breathing into your heart breathing out send love and light down into the center of the earth wonderful and next as you breathe into your heart send the light up through the top of your head and imagine that all the planets that are activated in the skies and the heavens right now all the celestial beings spirits great spirits any other guides you can send light and love to anything and everything that is beyond the 3d physical world and feel how open and vast you feel as you breathe into your heart feel the light of your heart for the love in your heart breathe out send it out to the top of your head a few more breaths just like that and now back to this clearing where you're standing right in the middle breathe into your heart breathe out pulse love out in all directions just simply from your heart send it out beyond this giant expansive energetic field that is you into the forest into the trees to greet all the animals the soil and potentially even to connect to the heart of anyone else and everyone else who is participating across time and space we gather so just breathing in sending the light of the consciousness that is you into your heart breathing out sending the light of the consciousness that is you out from your heart in all directions and feel how light you feel it as if you are sprouting wings few more breaths breathing into your heart breathing out sending light and love that is you that is from your heart out in all directions and feel how it's connecting to the sacred grove and also as you are listening it's connecting to everything that surrounds the place and space that you're doing this practice in so still staying in this sacred circle but also just sort of connecting to maybe the room that you're listening to this in or if you're outside your heart center is sending love out in all directions love light and with it the peace from this sacred clearing and now notice how big your aura is simultaneously and notice as you're preparing to come back fully into your body you can see how much you might want to contract back in a little bit or how big you want to stay your energetic field wants to stay so allow yourself to come to a size the size of this egg-shaped field that is your aura notice what feels comfortable for you you're still standing in this sacred grove shrinking yourself back a little bit just so that you can feel totally comfortable and looking around at all the trees looking up at the snow gently falling from the sky feel the peace and prepare to take this with you as you sort of turn in a circle to greet all the trees to thank them there is an opening that's just sort of shining its light at the edge of the circle and you walk toward it leaving the center of the circle if you're standing there and coming beneath the shelter of these sacred trees and when you're ready coming right back into the room where you're listening where you're meditating and doing this practice a portal of sorts to take you from where you've just been to where you are now and know that both happened simultaneously both are true both are real and feel right now as you maybe start to open your eyes or wriggle your fingers and toes feel the peace the light that's present feel the love that's emanating from your heart and know that during this full moon now more than ever January and all throughout this year and forevermore more than ever this is potentially the most important thing that you can offer pulses of peace and light and love this is you seeding the world that you want to create wonderful I mentioned that I'll post some notes I'll put the chart up for this powerful t-square that's happening during the full moon I didn't get to talk too much about it so I'll write a little bit
