Hello everybody and welcome to Everything is Energy.
As I'm recording,
We as a world are potentially in the middle of a big virus scare.
And I want to suggest to you that there's a tremendous opportunity here for us for upgrades in terms of how we choose to see the world for upgrades in our own personal health and our vitality.
What do I mean?
Well first I mean it's a chance for those of us who live in the Western world and who potentially participate with Western medicine to take the chance to reintegrate an older paradigm.
Currently with modern medicine,
People often wait to get sick or there's checkups,
There's all this preventative care.
But when you're sick you go to the doctor,
They prescribe some sort of a pill.
And these pills often simply mask or cover up the symptom.
So we don't currently have pills for viruses,
We have pills for bacteria,
But often we have things like painkillers and numbers and things that mask the symptoms and then eventually we get better.
Moreover what's not often talked about in terms of the pharmaceutical industry,
But there's two people that I love that do write and speak about it,
Dr.
Joe Dispenza and Dr.
Bruce Lipton.
They talk about the placebo effect.
And just briefly the placebo effect happens when in a research experiment,
Say they're testing out a drug,
There'll be two pills,
One will be something like a sugar pill,
The other one will be the actual drug and they'll give the pills to different people and there are people that get better by just simply taking the sugar pill.
And even modern science has certainly with certainty documented that this happens at least 30% of the time.
So at least 30% of all positive effects and health from prescription medicines are placebo effect,
Up to 80%.
And when I think about the effects of pills,
I really think about how we are already wired for health,
Vitality and wellbeing.
And when we can get ourselves into a state of balance,
Our body is just so naturally designed to heal ourselves.
So when we don't have fear,
We don't have negative or heavy emotion,
We allow healing to happen.
And our cells are so intelligent,
They know exactly what to do in order to become the incredible variety of functioning cells in our just amazing physical body.
So I really want to help us get into that space of this miracle,
This brilliance that we're already able to do so much more than we give ourselves credit for.
And we have the chance to reintegrate and remember our relationship with nature right now with the plant kingdom especially,
Because during those times when we might not feel well,
Maybe we do catch a cold or the flu.
We live here on this earth and it's very likely those are going to be here for at least the next little bit.
What do we do when that happens?
Well,
I'm going to suggest a couple things in this broadcast and I also have a YouTube video.
The first thing we need to do is really connect to our bodies and listen and know when we feel like we need to rest.
The second thing,
As I mentioned,
This connection to the plant kingdom,
Herbalism was the quote unquote medical system up until about 140 years ago.
It got wiped out by modern medicine,
But it's still an ancient art form.
And well,
I invite you to consider some very basic,
Powerful,
Antiviral,
Antioxidant,
Multifunctioning remedies that are available to all of us.
They're probably already in your kitchen.
Another thing that we really do get to have the opportunity to do is to meditate,
To harness this power that is our consciousness,
To find that space of centeredness,
Connection to source,
Connection to ourself,
And sending love and healing to our physical body,
Seeing ourselves as healthy.
There's so much research that shows the positive impact of meditation and visualization on health and wellbeing.
And right now we really do have this chance to exercise this muscle that is our own ability to be vibrant and healthy and well.
And right now we're also being reminded that we really truly do need to first care for ourselves,
That we can only help others and help the world when we are in a state of balance and wellbeing.
And it's fundamentally our responsibility to love ourselves and to take care of ourselves and to keep ourselves bright so that we can serve,
So that we can love,
So that we can help other people.
So I will include a link to a video where I talk very specifically about the herbal medicinal remedies that you might consider interacting with more right now.
But what I want to get to first is a practice.
Find a quiet sacred space.
Let's go to the next one.
And as you breathe in,
Next,
Deepen your inhale.
Feel the air fill your lungs.
And imagine this vital energy,
This energy from spirit,
This energy from the air is coming into your physical body,
Interacting with your blood,
Interacting with all your systems,
Cleansing you,
Energizing you.
And on your exhale,
Anything that's not needed anymore is released.
Breathing in again,
Imagine you're calling in all this beautiful light source energy.
And it's empowering you,
It's cleansing you,
It's invigorating you.
And exhale is the opportunity to just let go,
Known or unknown,
Of anything that you don't need.
A few more times,
Just visualize this breath coming in as not only air,
But light and source energy.
Fill your lungs.
Imagine all of your blood cells being energized,
All the cells in your body,
Cleansed and energized from this breath.
And exhale.
With the exhale,
Anything that's not needed is leaving with your out breath.
Three more breaths just like that,
Breathing in.
Visualize this light,
This cleansing,
This energizing and breathing out.
Anything that's not needed leaves.
Breathing in again,
More light,
More energy,
Cleansing.
Breathing out.
Opportunity to release.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
Wonderful now and just check in,
Feel the sense of well-being that's present right now,
That is both you within you and it's also coming from everything and everywhere around you.
The vital energy,
The source energy that's always available for us to connect to.
Just like Mother Earth,
Source energy always knows us,
Is always connected to us.
It's we humans who disconnect by shrinking back in fear or not believing that we are connected.
And feeling that as if you're being held in this field of light.
Now imagine yourself exactly where you're listening.
Up above you is a ball of golden light.
And as you bring your awareness to it,
It grows.
Shining oh so brightly,
Hovering right over you,
It's expanding and expanding as you connect with it.
As bright and as brilliant as the sun,
But the energy that's coming off of it is just so loving and so beautifully balancing.
And this ball of light is growing and growing and now it's pretty soon it's encompassing you.
It's encompassing your body,
It's encompassing your aura.
It might even expand even further to be as big as the room that you're in.
And now just basking in this intelligence,
This energy.
And now I invite you to imagine that this ball of golden light is an angel,
Archangel Raphael.
And this angel has completely surrounded you as if taking you up in its wings,
Holding you and feel yourself feeling safe,
Held.
Feel the balance that's restored as you're just enveloped in this loving light.
Now as you're held in this ball of light,
In the wings of this angel,
If there's anything that you feel called to communicate,
Any resistance that you still feel is lingering,
Any unsureness,
Fear,
Insecurity,
Anything that's lingering right now,
Give it to this ball of light.
And as you're bringing it up or speaking it aloud,
Sense this ball of light,
This Archangel Raphael is just lovingly taking that heavy energy from you and transforming it,
Gently reminding you of your power.
Gently reminding you that you're always safe,
That you're always held.
And gently reminding you that everything is always held in perfect balance.
Just feel that sense of compassion that this angel has for you as a human.
And right now this golden light is just charging you up.
This angel's reminding you that your life has a purpose and a meaning and that you are a beacon for others.
But right now this angel is just holding you to make sure that you are balanced and vibrant and shining as brightly as possible.
Receive,
Receive,
Receive this light,
This love,
This knowing.
Wonderful.
This angel is willing to stay with you for as long as you need,
So there's no need to have this golden ball of light fall away.
This is something that you can invoke and request whenever you need.
And Archangel Raphael is indicating that you can also just indicate that you want this angel's presence around you always right now at this moment.
One gesture of gratitude from your heart to this beautiful ball of light acknowledging the support,
The love,
The balance in the ear receiving.
And then imagine yourself right where you're at,
Right where you're seated,
Right where you're lying.
Take another nice deep breath in just naturally come back into your body and feel the sense of well-being.
Knowing that everything is always held in perfect balance and feel yourself just seated back in the chair or lying wherever you're lying back in the room where you're listening to this.
Knowing that you're better for this practice,
Knowing that you're shining brightly is the absolute best thing you can do for yourself and for the world right now and always.
