Hello,
This is Eve King and thank you so much for joining my podcast today.
Today I want to lead you into a beautiful meditation.
Meditation is something I love to do as it's an incredible opportunity we give ourselves to heal each and every day.
We are not meant to be as busy as we are and when we are always caught up in that busyness,
It wears us out.
We constantly feel like we need a day or days to replenish our energy.
And the truth is,
You don't need to rest for days if you have a healthy meditation practice.
And I say that knowing many of you listening probably already do practice daily.
But for those of you that don't,
When you can try to meditate and make it part of your daily life,
You will notice that you have better rest,
Better focus,
Better clarity,
You can get things done quicker,
Better sleep,
And just an overall sense of better health.
10 or 20 minutes a day or longer,
That would be great.
You will see these benefits quickly.
It just within one or two days,
You'll already start to see the benefits.
Personally,
I prefer to meditate for a shorter amount of time,
Three times per day.
So I usually try to do 20 minutes at a time,
Three times a day.
And sometimes I don't make it,
Admittedly.
But when I do,
I feel the difference.
I feel unstoppable.
And I wake up truly feeling like,
Yes,
I feel great.
I had a great night's sleep,
Even if it was only five,
Six hours.
So with that,
Let's get into today's practice.
I would just like you to be sitting or resting with your eyes closed.
Just be comfortable.
And we'll start with a deep breath in through the nose and a long cleansing exhale out through the mouth.
Good.
And once more,
In through the nose and release.
And on this last one,
We're going to hold that inhale at the top for eight.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
And release.
Good.
Now I want you to imagine that you are sitting on top of a mountain with these beautiful views around you,
Full 360 degrees.
You are up so high,
You can see stars in the sky,
Even with the sun shining.
And the air is cool,
But not cold.
And you feel so safe and confident and peaceful in where you are sitting.
Allow yourself a minute to just take that in.
Breathe in the air.
Take note of what you see around you.
Off in the distance,
You start to see a speck of light forming.
It becomes a little brighter,
A little shinier,
And then it grows a little bigger and a little brighter still.
And you find you can't stop looking at it as it's truly piquing your curiosity and you really want to know what it is.
It's coming closer,
But it's quiet.
There's no sound,
So you know it's not a plane.
And it couldn't be a star as it's too low to the ground.
But what is it?
And as it becomes closer and begins moving up this mountain towards you,
You see that it is a star,
Or rather,
A star being,
Or a sentient being.
These beings are all around us,
Always.
But we rarely get a chance to see them because they move faster than our eyes can see.
Faster than the speed of light,
In fact.
At all times,
We have 12 beings around us.
I call them my divine family.
We each have three guides,
Two angels,
Four elementals,
And the other three are all different parts of you in spirit form.
The current form of you,
The lowest form of you,
And the form of you from the highest realm,
Your highest divine self.
And the truth is,
We interact with them all the time,
But we don't always know it.
Your divine family loves you so deeply,
And they always are wanting to connect with you.
They send you little signs,
Like a shimmering light,
Or a set of misplaced keys when they're especially playful.
They want you to be happy,
And they want to teach you how to feel that happiness.
Because so many of us have forgotten how to do that,
And yet that love and joy is always around us.
I want you to take another deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Allow your body to relax a little more.
I'm going to count from one to ten,
To ten,
And as I count,
You will continue to move into a deeper state of relaxation.
Your body feeling heavier with each number.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
And now just allow whatever it is that is forming in your third eye,
In your mind's eye,
To happen.
If you feel it's an outside thought creeping in,
Try to push it away.
Take another deep breath,
And allow your forehead to relax.
If the same images come back,
That is your guides trying to connect with you.
Watch these images and allow them to come into focus.
What do you see?
Is it something new?
New faces?
Or is it a playback of something that happened to you earlier?
Something you've seen before,
But didn't make much sense of it?
Whatever you are seeing,
This is your divine family connecting with you.
Showing you what they want you to see.
Teaching you how to connect with them.
They want you to know that they are there,
And allow yourself to relax further.
And then just take a few moments here.
Be open and observe.
See what forms in your third eye,
And just go with it.
In a few minutes I'll be back to bring you out.
And now my friend,
It is time to say goodbye,
And come back to where you are in this realm.
I'm going to count slowly from 10 to 1.
And when I reach the number 1,
You will wake up feeling refreshed and revitalized,
As if you just had a beautiful night of gorgeous sleep.
A gorgeous sleep.

And now you are back.
Feeling awake,
Happy,
And just a little more connected to your guides and your divine family.
Do this as often as you can to strengthen that connection.
As you do,
You won't need this meditation to see them,
Because your third eye is a muscle that has to be trained,
And it's another one of the amazing benefits of daily meditation.
