Thank you so much for joining me today.
Today's meditation is about lighting yourself up and projecting that love out.
It is a beautiful meditation and you can be standing,
Sitting,
Or lying down to do this practice,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
This is a great practice for sleep or for any time of day that you feel like you just need to relax,
Rejuvenate,
And escape for a little while.
I'd like you to start with a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and release through the mouth.
One last time.
We're going to hold it on the inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten,
Eleven,
And release.
Get settled in and close your eyes.
Picture you driving through a beautiful countryside.
You're driving on a winding road,
Passing by fields of flowers,
Trees,
Animals.
The leaves are rich on the trees,
Green,
Full of life.
The sky is blue with beautiful puffy clouds passing overhead.
The air is clean and fresh.
You feel love all around you.
It's in the flowers,
In the grass,
It's in the flowers and the grass,
In the trees with the birds and the butterflies passing by.
You come to a stop and you see an orc standing on your left.
Orcs are love.
This orc represents the high love flowing to you.
It's already in your heart and it's time for it to grow up and project out of you for all of the world to feel.
Sit quietly in this moment and just allow that love to build inside of you.
That golden ball of light in your heart center growing bigger,
Brighter,
And it continues to grow until it's bigger than you,
Bigger than the trees and the forest.
It's raised now too long to see where they end or if they end.
The orc leaves and in comes a butterfly.
It comes in through the window and sits on your hand,
Trusting,
Knowing you won't harm it because it feels your love.
After a moment it takes off,
Its brilliant blue wings flapping silently through the trees.
You watch it as it flies away and you see a peregrine falcon,
Two of them actually,
Sitting in the tree next to you.
These falcons represent ignition and activation.
They feel your love ignited,
Bright,
Strong,
And endless in its capacity.
They fly down to land next to your car.
They look you in the eyes with love and trust,
Knowing you would never hurt them.
And after a short while they fly off and in comes an eagle.
He is massive,
Beautiful.
The eagle represents truth and honesty.
He perches on a stump near you and looks you in the eyes to tell you it feels your love and your honesty.
It feels your true spirit.
It waits there quietly,
Just watching you,
Before flying away with a screech goodbye.
You drive on and you come upon a bay.
In this bay is a beautiful huge humpback whale giving birth to her calf.
It's an incredible sight and she allows you to watch because she feels your love rooted and ignited in your spirit,
Projecting brightly all around you,
Lighting everything up within its endless reach.
Only high love can do this.
You silently thank the whale and her new calf,
Sending them shimmering gold rays of your love once more before driving on.
After a few moments you come to the end of the road,
Atop a tall cliff overlooking the ocean.
The sun is setting and the moon has already filled the sky with its love.
The moon has a name.
Its name is Jodiah,
Meaning love,
And it is the purest source of love for all.
As the sun sets,
Its beautiful final rays light up the sky with pinks,
Golds,
And purples.
It kisses the water and bids you goodnight.
The moon,
Jodiah,
Rises higher and higher,
Cascading its light down upon you,
Filling you with pure white,
High love.
You drink it in,
Swimming in it,
Allowing it to fill and ignite every cell in your body with its endless loving power.
It fills you completely up and you see yourself casting your own loving glow for all to see,
Feel and experience each and every moment of each and every day.
