Begin by taking a deep,
Grounding breath in through the nose,
And gently exhaling slow and controlled.
Allow yourself to let go of the need to know,
To control,
Or to figure it all out.
Life often brings unknowns,
And though your mind may race to predict or prepare,
Peace lives elsewhere.
It lives within your breath,
In the space between thoughts,
In the stillness you're creating right now.
Breathe again into this moment,
Not tomorrow,
Not next week,
But right now.
Inhaling presence,
Exhaling resistance.
Take a moment now and notice what it feels like to surrender,
Even just a little,
To soften into not knowing,
To trust that clarity will come when it's time.
Uncertainty can be uncomfortable,
But it holds infinite possibility.
It's the fertile soil where new beginnings are born,
And as you reconnect and breathe in,
Affirm to yourself,
