Fear Of Abandonment - Take A Five Series
by Eric Schott
The fear of being abandoned, rejected, forgotten, or no longer chosen can quietly shape the way we experience relationships and connection. This meditation offers a gentle space to acknowledge that fear without pushing it away or trying to convince yourself that no one will ever leave. Through breath and a simple inner-child visualization, you'll be invited to sit beside the younger part of yourself that may still be waiting to feel safe, chosen, or cared for. Rather than promising that others will always stay, this practice offers a different kind of security: the promise that you will continue showing up for yourself with compassion, patience, and honesty. As you breathe and connect with that steadiness within, you can begin to cultivate a deeper sense of inner safety and self-trust. You are learning that healthy connection begins with becoming a safe place for yourself, and learning how to stay. Thanks for listening; follow me here for more content in the future!
