Grand Rising to you,

My name is Eric and I'll be your guide today as we move through this celebrational breathwork flow.

Please take a moment to prepare your space,

Get settled,

And gift yourself the next few moments for your own personal fulfillment.

We'll be moving through a gentle style of breathwork to ground,

Gather our harvest,

And to move into this day in celebration of all that we have accomplished.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and releasing through the mouth.

Settle wherever you are,

Allowing your body to rest,

Your breath to soften.

You've made it to this moment.

This season of autumn reminds us to slow down and reflect on what we've grown,

Gathered,

And have become.

Imagine seated in a moving boat on a serene,

Still lake.

Behind you,

The gentle wake ripples out across the water,

Representing the trail of your year.

Each ripple a moment,

An effort,

A success,

A lesson.

Gently turn around and in your mind's eye look at that wake.

See how far you've come.

Every challenge faced,

Every success earned,

Every seed planted,

All part of your story.

We so often get caught up in the journey ahead of us,

The tasks,

The doing,

The hardships.

And we often don't take a moment to get still and to look back on the journey that we've already led,

The amazing accomplishments,

The growth,

The evolution.

This is that time to take a moment to look at that wake and to revel in the success and the growth that you've encountered through this year.

And moving into a gentle breath flow in celebration,

With my guidance here,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling deeply,

Breathing in gratitude.

Exhaling softly,

Releasing any self-judgment.

Now with each breath silently repeat,

On the inhale,

I celebrate my growth.

And exhaling out.

Inhaling again,

I celebrate my health.

Exhaling out.

On the inhale,

I celebrate my breath.

Gently exhaling out.

On the next inhale,

I celebrate my family.

Gently exhaling out.

Inhaling once again,

I celebrate love.

And gently exhaling out.

Continuing with that flow.

On each and every inhale,

Finding a point of celebration and expressing it.

Letting each inhale lift your heart,

And each exhale grounding your spirit.

And in closing of our session today,

Please take a moment to feel it all.

The fullness of being alive right now.

The harvest isn't just what we've gathered,

It's who we've become through the seasons.

And together with me,

Let's take one more deep breath into the belly,

And out through the mouth,

Releasing into calm gratitude.

Carry this feeling into your day,

A quiet celebration of life unfolding.

Be well and be inspired.

Namaste.
