Estelle's micro-series on Reiki is in sequence so it's important to have done parts 1 to 10 and activated your hands before starting part 11. This session focuses on basic hand position 9, a beautiful comfortable relaxing position. In the next session will combine all the hand positions.

Reiki, Hand position 9, Base of the head. Comfortable now. Relax. A few breaths in and out. Feel the warmth and tingle of energy in your fingers and palms. Picture the soft white light. Feel the heat and energy intensify. One hand at a time. Place your hands at the nape of your neck at the base of your head. One hand under the other. Rest your head into your hands. Sink into the comfort of this position. Follow the energy as it flows through all parts of your body. From your head to your toes. Into each of your organs. Relaxing, Healing, Restoring. We've almost finished. See you soon and we'll combine all the hand positions.
