Imagine a flight of stairs leading inwards. These are your stairs. They exude an air of peace. They lead to the door of your inner sanctuary. A place of safety and peace. Step by step. More relaxed. More at ease. A warm mist rises from the steps to greet you. It spreads to reveal a door. The door to your sanctuary. Just wait a moment before you enter. Now, Enter into a beautiful room and a most comfortable easy chair. A place of refuge, Of safety, Of healing.
