With over 1,000 hours of training, she is deeply passionate about sharing her wisdom and guiding others toward a more balanced and harmonious life. Kumari’s mission is to help others reduce stress and align with their true selves through transformative practices such as Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and Yin/Restorative Yoga. Known for her calming presence, she creates an environment of deep relaxation, inspiration, and renewal. One of Kumari’s greatest joys is working one-on-one with individuals seeking to elevate their lives through yogic practices. When she’s not teaching, Kumari enjoys gardening, cherishing moments with her grown children, and exploring serene beaches and rejuvenating hot springs.
