Kumari Sky has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2004, with her journey into yoga philosophy beginning in 1992. With over 1,000 hours of training, she is deeply passionate about sharing her wisdom and guiding others toward a more balanced and harmonious life. Kumari’s mission is to help others reduce stress and align with their true selves through transformative practices such as Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and Yin/Restorative Yoga. Known for her calming presence, she creates an environment of deep relaxation, inspiration, and renewal. One of Kumari’s greatest joys is working one-on-one with individuals seeking to elevate their lives through yogic practices. When she’s not teaching, Kumari enjoys gardening, cherishing moments with her grown children, and exploring serene beaches and rejuvenating hot springs.

Amazing Course. Suitable for beginners and practitioners alike: volumes of invaluable information and HX of yoga nidra, very thorough walk through koshas (5). Grand Finale: day 9 - extended guided Yoga Nidra Practice utilizing new concepts. Appreciate the Teacher’s dedication and thoughtful detailed approach to course. Your voice and style epitomize Relaxation and Grounded Lightness and Kind Consideration! Highly recommend for anybody who is looking into expansion of their Tool Box to study and cooperate with Anxiety, Stress, Healing Process, Grief, Strong Emotion Regulation, and Depression. The Practice is rooted in Self-Kindness and personal Exploration of deeper layers of being. Gratitude. Namaste.

A wonderful practice, thank you so much Kumari! 🙏❤️Unlike usual, I didn't fall into a trance this time, but I felt cocentrated and focused. I wonder if this was due to the box breathing technique, which has a more balancing effect but doesn't activate the parasympathetic nervous system as strongly? Or was it because there was no music?
