Love this, Angie! So relatable! I adored the potato reference as I happened to be eating a potato! And I loved the little demon just needing to be expressed and how it was simply energy. Nothing personal. This talk helped reinforce all that’s integrating for me right now. Thank you!!

I love how the wisdom of nature just sometimes sprouts up for us (ha!) 🌱and lands as beautiful moments of epiphany in our minds and hearts when we're consciously "working through" or "with" something that's been bothering us ✨️💡🥔✨️ I loved this wee anecdote, Angie - thank you for sharing 🙏 And a small side note: YAY for brief, enlightening talks on IT being a thing!🙌 (Maybe it's finally time for me to share some of my anecdotes and epiphanies nature has gifted me here too!🫣😬 I started my Teacher profile last October (nearly a full year ago!) with every intention of doing so, but the imposter in me has fed me lies that every talk, guided meditation, or shared conversation I offer here needs to be long, perfectly articulated, and resonant for ALL who stumble across it. Which has meant that my Teacher profile is as barren as it was when I first opened it! Unbeknownst to you, your little anecdote I stumbled upon this evening has simply given me permission that we get to do this authentically, as our whole selves, with levity, aliveness, and yes, even openness to critique (which you responded to so graciously from another listener, by the way). I've therefore concluded, that anything else - "thought-gremlin wise" served to me by my own imposter & inner critic - are only potatoes, doing their impersonal potoato thing anyway!🙏✨️🥔 Thank you for this unexpected gift and for sharing your unapologetic, unique perspective & wisdom guided by nature herself!🙏💕 Sian xo

Thank you for sharing this story. I stumbled upon it in the same way that I stumbled upon the potatoes, sprouting eyes in my own pantry and in my brain this morning. This was exactly the reminder I needed, to add a little levity and understanding to the potato in my own mind. Deeply grateful for this. 🙏🏻🪷
