This opening installment of a 3-part meditation journey invites you to settle into the quiet rhythm of being and begin sensing the fertile ground of your inner world. Through natural imagery and presence-based guidance, you'll explore a living garden that reflects your true nature—spontaneous, untamed, and already whole. Without effort or intention, seeds of peace, clarity, and wordless knowing are placed into the rich soil of awareness. There is nothing to force or fix—only a soft unfolding into what already is. Welcome.

When you're ready,

Gently let your eyes close.

Allow your body-mind to soften.

There's nothing you need to do,

Nothing to get right.

Just rest here as you are.

The breath is already moving.

The body is already here,

Held by the quiet,

Ceaseless rhythm of life.

Sounds drift in and out.

Thoughts come and go like ripples across a still pond.

And all of it arises within boundless,

Open presence.

There's nothing to push away,

Nothing to chase.

Stillness isn't something you must find.

It's the space already holding everything.

Now,

Let a soft,

Dirt path begin to appear within this space.

This path leads right into a fresh,

Bare garden bed.

This garden is not separate from you.

It is not a project or another task to do.

This garden is life itself,

Unfolding as you,

With you,

Within you.

There are no fences around this garden,

No observer outside it.

The garden is awareness itself,

Effortless and alive.

Beneath your feet,

The soil is soft and rich,

Dark with potential.

Your hands,

If you notice them,

Are not yours alone.

They are the hands of life,

Gently tending the earth,

Turning it over,

Loosening what's packed tight,

And clearing space for what wants to grow.

You may find old roots,

Stones,

And bits of debris.

These are not mistakes.

They are memories,

Ideas,

And identities,

Once needed,

Now simply here to notice.

There is no need to fix them.

You don't even have to name them.

Let them be,

And notice how even the most solid-looking bits begin to shift and soften.

Now,

Notice the tingling energy of the ground beneath your feet.

It is preparing itself,

Not through force,

But through a quiet readiness that was always there.

Feel as nourishment soaks into this patch of earth,

Perhaps as golden sunlight,

Or maybe as the love that is radiating from the soles of your feet,

As you realize that you are not separate from nature.

Into this tender soil,

Seeds are placed,

Perhaps they're seeds of peace or understanding,

Or maybe they're simply a wordless knowing that all is well,

Even when circumstances are challenging.

What if you don't have to choose?

What if you don't even have to try?

This planting is already happening,

Just by you being present here now.

The soil folds gently over the seeds.

Your breath waters them,

Soft,

Quiet,

Rhythmic.

Let attention return to that breath now.

Growth will come,

Not because you make it happen,

But because growth is what leads to it.

Life does.

The sun does not decide how and where to shine.

It simply does,

And your true nature radiates in just the same way,

Brilliantly,

And without discernment or effort.

Rest now in this quiet garden.

Let it be exactly as it is.

There is such beauty here,

Such contentment,

Such a deep sense of belonging.

You don't need to become anything.

You already are.

This is home.

I'm Angie Goen,

And I look forward to joining you in the next session,

Where we'll see what has begun to bloom in your inner garden.

Until then,

Remember,

Awakening can only ever happen right now.

Peace and love to you.

Thanks, Angie! I like the bit about the stones and roots that may be present and the fact that they don’t need to be named. Looking forward to your next live! 🙏🏼✨💖
