So in this meditation,
Our intention is to clear out some of the gunk that you brought back in because it was familiar.
Connect with the feelings and like the heart of how you want life to be and to let your brain like remind your brain that it's not in charge,
But it gets to participate when you need to figure out some small details.
And also I just want to acknowledge that you have made some big changes.
I think that's really important to say that this hasn't been all for nothing,
That you haven't been showing up.
You're just about to go through a new threshold.
So some of your old ways you've relied upon just snuck back in and that's okay too.
But we're pattern shifting.
And so sometimes when a new challenge comes up.
We easily can get back to our original patterns,
It's the most known muscle that we have.
And that's okay.
So if you're ready to want you to sort of settle in.
Once you take a deep breath through your nose out your mouth.
I want you to feel your soul fully drop into your body.
So for me that feels like my soul's toes match up with my physical body's toes.
Feel my hip bones match up with my spiritual energies hip bones seat of my soul into my shoulders top of my head.
And today I also want to invite in your higher self to drop in in the same way.
Find a beautiful seat within your soul,
Because ultimately,
She holds the higher vision for you.
And it might be a while it's been a while since you've connected with her and that's okay.
So as we settle in,
Feeling into our physical soul,
Physical body,
Mind body spirit connecting and actually working as one.
No one better than the other.
I want you to envision your root chakra right down there at the base of your spine.
I want you to feel some beautiful white gold light coming through cleansing and clearing,
Allowing you to release any stress or worry.
Any beliefs that you aren't cared for intrinsically that you are part of a community that you have everything you need and more basic needs are cared for.
As you allow that beautiful golden white light to clear out your root chakra.
I want you to connect that vibrant red that your root chakra is feeling that it's healthy and thriving.
It's open,
Allowing you to connect to the earth,
As well as to yourself.
Move up the spine,
You're going to reach to your sacral feeling that beautiful golden white energy cleansing and clearing through your sacral feeling it relieve any pressure of expectations of how life should be welcoming back in creativity,
Vitality,
Your feminine force energy.
All that's housed in our sacral allowing that golden white light pass through and cleanse as many times as you feel called.
Seeing that sacral return to that beautiful orange energy that's housed in our sacral offers us so much.
The deep connection from the root to the sacral.
When you're ready you're going to feel move up into the solar plexus,
Feeling your solar plexus have that beautiful golden white light move through them,
Allowing you to release any perceptions of emotions or how you should feel about things,
Releasing any of the practical connection to earth,
Feeling back into some of that magic flow that is intrinsic to you.
Feeling that beautiful yellow energy vibrate return to an expansive form,
Feeling it deeply connect to the sacral down to the root of our way up we're going to go into the heart space,
Allowing your heart to cleanse and release beautiful golden white light energy passing through,
Feeling into the possibility that your heart has capacity,
Complete and total abundance.
That your ability to move to this world is not attached to how you make money.
That is merely an energetic exchange that you're always open to receiving that your worth is about love,
And all the love that you can accept the universe because ultimately you are the universe,
It's all one in the same.
Feeling your heart open,
Feel the safety of receiving new possibilities,
New ways of being that are safe,
That your heart can receive an expansive ways that your mind could never imagine.
Feel your heart's energy vibrate wide as your expansive field is filled with this heart energy,
Releasing any tension or tightness,
You may be feeling that area of the body that's been holding the heart to a smaller vibration.
Feel that heart energy move up now into your throat,
Your throat chakra,
Feel your throat,
That cleansing and clearing golden white light move through,
Allowing your throat to return to a perfect equilibrium,
Connected to the heart where you speak from the heart,
Share your truth,
Trust that any requests or desires that you have can be spoken in strength.
Knowing that you aren't coming from a deficit hopeful place that you trust that anything that you desire to request in a respectful manner is for your and everyone else's highest good.
They all benefit when you are in alignment with your heart,
Your truth.
Feel this beautiful energy come to your Ajna in your third eye,
Feeling that indigo energy as this white and gold light passes through,
Allowing that fog to lift any place that you've capped yourself and receiving messages.
Return to the intuition that is innately yours,
An ability to once again see clearly into the next choice that you're desiring to make.
Feel this golden white light energy carry up to your crown,
Allowing your crown to remove any fog,
Darkness or uncertainty,
Removing any caps,
You may put on receiving information that somewhat makes or lacks sense or logic.
Feeling that trust again that's returning for you in the universe.
As you're in divine timing working together to receive information guidance and clarity as you desire in each moment of choice that you are making,
Allowing you to be beautifully present in the experiences you're stepping into feel this energy is created a beautiful figure eight that actually goes from your crown through your body,
Down to your root back up again,
Allowing each side of your body to be in perfect equilibrium.
Feeling what open chakras and alignment are an energetic space that you now know you can always come back to.
They are open and receptive and working in perfect harmony.
They begin to allow you to remember your divine oneness and all that is there for you in the universe.
You were cared for and held.
And then in each moment you know how to make the perfect decision in that moment.
Never out of fear and always in love.
Remembering that putting yourself first part of the universal oneness of love.
