Hello,
This is Erin Colleen Garrity and this is your quick meditation and pranayama practice.
Clear out negative blocks.
Sitting down comfortably.
Making sure that you're not driving or doing anything active.
The practice we're going to do is quick and effective but you'll want to be seated in an area where you're not expected to do anything.
So please have a seat and allow this to be your time to draw in.
In a few moments you're going to hear me cue so so hum so hum.
This means I am and you're drawing in closer to your truth.
You're going to hear me do this in different rhythms.
Each time I say so please inhale through your nose.
Each time I say hum please exhale.
After the last hum you're going to inhale on the next so and hold it.
Then you're going to release your breath when you feel light.
This is a combination of Sudarshan Kriya as well as Kumbhaka Antah.
This practice combined is meant to clear out energy blocks that you might have to moving forward.
Think something beautiful.
Make sure you're settled.
So so so so so so so so so so so so so so so inhale and hold at the top.
Imagine your energy.
Exhale and a slow so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so inhale hold it at the top.
Lift up your energy towards the ground.
A little bit of lightness.
Inhale slow steady stream energy opening and fading through.
So so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so and hold exhale and try to hold at the bottom.
This is called Bayakam.
It is said that when you hold the breathers unite you hold at the bottom.
So just breathe.
This is called do this breath lifting up and breathing high up into the sinuses exhaling out the same way.
Imagining a soft ball size space in the back of your throat where air will flow.
This allows your moistened allows access to the lower lobes of the lungs where the most oxygen exchange takes place.
Your spirit expressed through vibration.
The energy pulsating through rotation.
Thinking of something.
It doesn't have to be anything epic.
Very grateful.
It doesn't matter how big or small.
What matters is that you feel a real vibration in your body attitude when you what you're grateful for.
Express absolute the vibration as you become expansive releasing anything additional to pulsate through you.
For you to become expansive.
