Welcome to Energy Clearing Meditation.
In this relaxing meditation,
You will use your powers of visualization,
Intention,
And breath work to clear out any energetic blockages that might be preventing you from living to your highest potential.
Please find a comfortable seat,
Or you may also lie down in a safe,
Quiet,
Uninterrupted space.
And now please close your eyes as you begin to relax into this present moment.
You feel your body,
Mind,
And soul surrendering to this present moment.
And now connect with your breath,
Observing your breath,
The sacred inhale and exhale,
With no need or desire to change anything about your breath,
But simply observing from a high level of awareness.
You're beginning to notice with every exhale,
Your body is becoming more and more relaxed.
Any tension in your muscles is melting away as you become fully immersed in this beautiful present moment.
Now I call upon source energy.
I call upon your angels,
Guides,
And ancestors of love and light to support you in this energy clearing,
To support you for your highest and best well-being and for the highest and best well-being of all.
Now place your attention on your third eye chakra in the center of your forehead in between your eyebrows.
And in that space,
Begin to see a glowing ball of fire spinning clockwise.
The bright orange and yellow lights emanating from this ball of fire as you see it spinning faster and faster in your third eye.
Place this ball of fire in your root chakra at the base of your tailbone,
Continuing to see it burning and spinning.
On the underneath side of your ball of fire,
Connect a single crystal cord and envision this crystal cord growing downward into the floor,
Past the floor into the earth.
And see this crystal cord growing downward deep into the earth.
Lower,
Deeper,
All the way until you reach the center of the earth where you will find a golden anchor.
Securely fasten your cord to the anchor now.
And as you do so,
You immediately feel your sacred connection with the earth.
You immediately feel your energy becoming grounded and centered.
You will notice that the golden anchor in the center of the earth is surrounded by a violet ball of fire.
This is the violet flame of transmutation.
Anything that comes into contact with it immediately becomes transmuted into the highest vibration of unconditional love.
So now make your way back up your cord,
All the way back up to your root chakra where that ball of fire continues to spin and burn.
And envision this area transforming into a funnel.
It is from this space that we will release the energies that no longer serve you.
So now bring your pure,
Complete awareness to your inner state of being.
Find an emotion or physical sensation in your body that feels like a block to you.
Sometimes it feels like discomfort or tension or anxiety,
Oftentimes lodged in the belly or the chest or the throat.
Focus in on this blockage and begin to open yourself up to any information or messages originating from this blockage.
That is the specific emotion you are sensing that is associated with this blockage.
And now open yourself up and receive the story or the train of thoughts that are connected with this blockage.
Once you have identified the emotion and the associated story connected with it,
Take a deep breath in.
Envision the blockage as a ball of energy and breathe it out of your body,
Out of your energetic field,
Down out through your root chakra,
Down your cord and into the center of the earth where it is transmuted into the highest vibration of unconditional love.
Using your breath as a powerful cleansing tool,
Continue to take deep breaths in and on your exhale,
Continue to release this energy from your system,
Allowing it to freely and gracefully move out of your body,
Out of your cells,
Out of your energy and into the center of the earth.
Take some deep cleansing breaths in and out as you begin to feel lighter and experience a sense of peace and relaxation.
Now place your focus on your crown chakra on top of your head,
In the center of your head and envision a beautiful flower of your choosing blossoming in your crown chakra.
And as it does so,
Delicate bright tendrils of light begin to grow out of your crown chakra and into the heavens,
Connecting you with divine healing energy.
And now from source,
Visualize a soft white healing light flowing in from the heavens down your tendrils into your crown chakra as you continue to pull this beautiful healing energy down into your face,
Into your entire head,
Using your intention and your power of visualization.
Continue to draw in this divine healing energy down into your neck,
Your shoulders,
Arms and hands.
Starting to flow gracefully and easily down into your chest,
Your upper back,
Your belly,
Your mid back and lower back.
You continue to draw in this divine healing light into your hips,
Your thighs and knees,
Your shins and calves,
Down into your ankles,
Feet all the way down into your toes until you are completely immersed in divine healing light.
And you feel the sensation of breathing in light and breathing out light.
A deep sense of gratitude and joy is growing in your heart now.
As you take a deep breath in,
Exhale out,
You're beginning to return your awareness back to your physical body,
Back to your physical surroundings.
You begin to connect your awareness to your breath again.
Using your time,
You can open your eyes whenever you feel ready.
