Forgiveness Meditation

Forgiveness, both of others and the self, is the key to freedom, inner peace, and joy. In this meditation, Erika guides you on a visual journey through your chakra system, using the purifying white flame of the Earth to clear away unforgiveness. Your energy is rebalanced and renewed, and blockages to your highest potential are dissolved.

Welcome to this forgiveness meditation.

This meditation will help you to release any pockets of unforgiveness within you and to rebalance your energy so that you may experience greater freedom,

Inner peace,

And joy.

Beginning to breathe deeply in and out now as you're connecting in with the present moment and entering a deep state of relaxation.

And breathing in light from all around you,

Breathing out all that no longer serves you,

All that you wish to release.

Breathing in light and peace into your body,

Into your energetic field.

Breathing out any burdens or baggage you might be carrying,

Letting it go as you breathe in joy,

Breathing out all that no longer serves you.

Continue on these cycles of breath as you plug into the sacred beauty and magic of the present moment.

Continuing to breathe using your breath as a tool of alchemy,

Inviting in the energies that you wish to experience more of and letting go of the energies that no longer serve you.

And in this present moment,

I now call upon source consciousness,

The creator of all,

The perfect balance between the divine feminine and divine masculine.

I call upon your archangels and guardian angels.

I call upon your angels of love,

Peace,

Serenity,

Clarity and completion to come be with us here now to support you in this meditation.

I call upon your spirit team and guides of love and light,

Your ancestors of love and light,

Star beings,

Star councils of love and light to come be with us here now.

And I call upon your higher self to create a clear channel of communication,

Providing all the guidance,

Insight,

Clarity and support that you are needing to move forward on your golden timeline.

And so you're beginning to breathe even deeper,

Relaxing even more within your being.

And as you do so,

You now give yourself permission to raise your vibration to raise your consciousness to meet with these beings of higher consciousness.

Feel your energy rising and lifting.

Give yourself permission as you are assured that you are safe and protected.

And feel this beautiful connection.

As we are now grounding your energy,

Place your focus on your root chakra as well as the bottoms of your feet,

Where there are also chakras energy centers spinning.

And in these three areas,

Envision tree roots growing out and downward into the earth,

Past the soil and rocks,

Past the crystals and magma,

All the way down until you reach the center of the earth,

Where you find a beautiful golden anchor.

Securely fasten your roots to the anchor now by silently repeating to yourself the word connect,

Connect,

Connect.

And as you do so you witness as these roots wrap themselves around this golden anchor.

You feel your energy becoming grounded and centered.

You feel your sacred connection with the earth.

You feel your oneness with the earth.

Now notice the golden anchor in the center of the earth is surrounded by a bright white flame.

This white flame is all powerful and has the ability to clear away any energy you're holding in your system that doesn't serve you.

And with your next inhale,

You give permission for this sacred white flame in the center of the earth to travel up your roots and into your feet,

Illuminating your feet in this beautiful white flame.

You might feel tingling and heat,

You might feel the energy of this white flame as it cleanses and clears your feet.

On your next inhale,

You give the white flame permission to travel up your legs,

Clearing away any blockages that are keeping you from moving forward from taking the necessary steps along your path.

Feel that energy immediately dissipating as you continue to draw up this brilliant white flame from the center of the earth into your root chakra at the base of your tailbone.

Witness as your root chakra is being illuminated by this beautiful white flame.

It's cleansing and clearing away any blockages in your root,

Any pockets of unforgiveness relating to trauma,

Relating to you feeling unsafe or unprotected.

It's clearing away any grievances that you're holding against others for abandonments,

For betrayals.

And it's also clearing away any unforgiveness you might be holding for yourself.

Any guilt,

Shame,

Blame,

Or self judgment is being cleared away,

Cleansed away as your root chakra is being rejuvenated.

This white flame ignites the power of your root chakra,

That beautiful Kundalini energy becoming activated now,

Acting as the furnace of your energy.

You're now continuing to draw up the sacred white flame into your sacral chakra,

Just below your belly button,

The front and back of your sacral chakra is being cleansed and cleared away of any blockages,

Any trauma,

Any pain associated with your sensuality or with pleasure,

Anything blocking you,

Sexual trauma,

The energy of past romantic partners that you wish to release is being cleansed and cleared away.

Anything blocking you from the infinite flow of abundance,

The infinite flow of creativity is being cleared away.

This white flame moving through your sacral now,

Creating a sacred space,

Activating the full potential of your creative energy of your connection with the flow.

Take a deep breath in and out as this energy becomes integrated with your entire system.

As you continue to breathe and draw up the white flame from the center of the earth into your solar plexus,

Above your belly button in your midsection,

Witness as a white flame is clearing away any pockets of unforgiveness that exist within your solar plexus,

Your own personal central sun,

Being cleansed and cleared away of the people,

Experiences,

Memories that have made you feel small or less than.

The energy of forgiveness abiding within this white flame is cleansing and clearing away all of the resentments,

Grievances,

Anger that you may be holding within your solar plexus.

The white flame also clears away any self-blame that you have,

Any unforgiveness that you have,

Forgiving your power away to another person,

For allowing another person to affect you negatively or to hurt you,

Forever subscribing to the belief that you can ever be less than.

And as you shift into the energy of complete forgiveness,

You witness as your solar plexus becomes activated on a greater level,

You witness as the yellow sun is turning into a golden shimmering color within your solar plexus now,

Upgrading and up-leveling your solar plexus,

The center of your power.

You're now continuing to draw up the beautiful white flame from the center of the earth into your heart space,

Your sacred heart space,

The seat of your soul that's being cleansed and cleared out of all grief,

Sadness,

Loneliness,

Betrayal,

Pain,

Isolation.

It's all being cleared away as the white flame brings in a wave of forgiveness within your heart,

Finding any dark corners,

Shadows,

Or pockets of unforgiveness toward others who may have hurt you to others who may have left you,

Or any grief you're feeling for those who have crossed over into the spirit realms.

Breathe deeply in and out as this signals permission for the white flame to perform its alchemy and magic,

Cleansing and clearing away all of the heaviness,

All of the emotional burdens and baggage,

Any negative or toxic energy that may exist in your heart,

Dissipating spontaneously and immediately now.

And it's also clearing away any unforgiveness that you are holding against yourself,

Any judgment you have for the emotions that you feel or the challenges that you experience.

And as this is being cleared away,

Your heart is being activated,

The beautiful golden energy connecting you with a deep self-compassion,

A deep,

Unconditional,

Fierce love for yourself,

And the space to feel emotions,

A safe,

Sacred sanctuary in which you are free to experience any and all emotions that may be arising to the surface for you to bring to the light of awareness and then release.

Trusting your emotions,

No longer judging them,

Your heart responds in joy.

Continue to breathe deeply in and out as you give your heart permission to be vulnerable.

And in this vulnerability,

You open up a portal within your heart,

A guidance system providing you access to multidimensional worlds in which healing happens on all lifetimes,

All timelines,

All dimensions of time and space.

So witness now as the white flame is moving quickly and spontaneously through all your lifetimes,

All your timelines and all dimensions,

Cleansing and clearing away all pain,

All grief.

Breathe and behold the sense of peace coming over you.

As you continue to draw up the white flame into your throat,

The energy in your throat is being cleansed front and back.

Any blockages in your throat are being cleared away instantaneously.

Any energy that's keeping you from speaking your truth and expressing your full,

Complete authentic self is being cleansed and cleared away as you are forgiving those who ever made you feel as though your voice didn't matter.

Silencing yourself forever,

Making your voice small or silencing yourself altogether.

The white flame cleanses and clears away this energy now.

And as it does so,

The power in your throat is being activated.

The creative potential is being transformed into flow.

An infinite flow of your unique essential energy is expanding and radiating from your throat as you give yourself permission to be your whole,

Complete,

Authentic self.

The power in your life is rising.

You give yourself permission to walk past every single one of those fears that have created a smokescreen,

Keeping you on the other side,

Keeping you shielded from your own greatness and light.

You now witness yourself as you move fluidly and easily through that smokescreen into the other side,

Giving yourself permission to be the greatest you that you can ever be,

Releasing yourself from any chains of comparison or expectation and standing in your power,

Standing in your light,

Knowing you are fully protected,

You are fully safe to do so.

Give yourself that full and complete permission now to stand in the greatness of your authentic light.

You continue to draw up the white flame into your third eye,

In the center of your forehead,

Your center for divine communications,

Your intuition,

The seat of your inner guidance,

Any blockages are being cleansed and cleared away,

Any persecution from this lifetime or past lifetimes,

Any ridicule from this lifetime or past lifetimes is being cleansed and cleared away.

The white flame is sending in a wave of forgiveness through your third eye,

Sending forgiveness to those who have made you question or doubt your intuition or your spiritual gifts,

Sending a wave of forgiveness to yourself forever questioning or doubting your intuitive and spiritual gifts.

As the energy is being cleared out in your third eye,

You are activating your intuitive gifts on a greater level.

Your abilities are expanding,

You are unlocking your spiritual gifts and powers,

Remembering them as you're beginning to trust in them fully and trust that you are protected and safe as you connect in with your powers and share them with yourself and with the world.

You're now drawing up the white flame from the center of the earth into the top of your head,

Your crown,

Your connection to the divine.

The white flame is cleansing and clearing the top of your head.

Any blockages are being cleansed and cleared away.

As this happens,

A deep violet lotus flower blooms within your crown chakra.

The crown chakra is opening up as you continue to breathe your awareness into it.

A deep violet ray of light shoots up into the heavens from your crown.

As you fully remember your divine nature,

Your inseparable connection with the divine and you witness as the heavens send down a sparkling soft pink light representing infinite compassion,

Unconditional love and divine feminine love.

With your next inhale,

The sparkling pink light is traveling down your central column of energy along your spine all the way down into your root chakra and now expanding out into your entire body,

Even further out into your energetic field as you continue to breathe in and out and behold yourself.

Witness yourself as the sacred meeting point between earthly and heavenly energies.

Feel your consciousness rising to an even greater level as the flame of your energy center is being lit and activated,

Upgraded,

Uplifted in this moment.

Breathing in and out,

You're slowly bringing your awareness to your breath,

Feeling so much lighter,

So much more connected with yourself,

With the universe.

You're now bringing your awareness back to your body,

Feeling physical sensations in your body,

Bringing your awareness back to your physical surroundings,

Starting to wiggle your fingers and toes as we say thank you and feel immense gratitude within our hearts for all the beings in spirit who supported us on this meditation journey.
