Welcome to your guided meditation.

Today we will focus on healing.

Go ahead and settle into your space.

Let's start with a few deep breaths together.

Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

Take a nice loving deep breath in through the nose and a full strong letting go breath out through the mouth.

One more time together.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now you may return to your normal breathing for the rest of this meditation.

What is something that you want to do but have been waiting to heal more in order to do it?

Focus deeply on that special thing.

Imagine yourself doing it.

Notice all that is around you.

What are you seeing?

What are you listening to?

What can you touch?

What smells are filling your senses?

How are you feeling in this moment?

What do you love the most about this?

How proud are you knowing that you are doing that exact thing that you have been waiting to do and working up to doing?

Is there anyone by your side?

Picture them and how they are feeling.

They have pride for you as well.

Take time to really absorb this whole image.

Feel it.

Continue using all of these senses.

Keep a strong focus on your goals.

Seeing yourself as healthier will help you to truly be healthy in real life.

Picture yourself as the healthy,

Confident,

Resilient person that you are and that you always have inside of you.

Visualization is so powerful.

Healing is your number one focus right now.

You have the power to do it and you are doing it right now.

Smile.

Thank yourself.

Be so proud that you are on this journey.

This journey is for the brave and you are brave.

Take a few more deep breaths to seal this in.

Breathe in through the nose and a nice letting go breath out through the mouth.

Know that you've got this.

Make each day great like you.

Welcome yourself back into the room.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes and add some natural and easy movement back into your body.

Take a moment here to pause and reflect on your healing journey.
