Good morning and welcome to your daily morning gratitude guided meditation.
It is an honor to share this space with you so let's get started.
Let's go ahead and take a nice complete deep breath in and then a full releasing big breath out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Today I will find the gratitude in the little moments,
In what I have,
In all that I am,
And in all that I am becoming and growing and evolving into.
Today I will seek out the gratitude during moments that might normally challenge me.
I will uncover the joy and blessings as I go about my day.
I enter today with a grateful heart and an open mind,
Knowing that I will radiate and reflect positivity to all that I meet.
I will be a lighthouse for those around me,
Making their day brighter.
Today I will acknowledge the gratitude that I have for my loved ones,
The support they provide me,
The laughter and special times that we share,
The immense love that we have.
I will feel that all absorb into my soul.
Today I will also reflect on the gratitude that I have for my strong body,
My resilient spirit,
And the perseverance and determination that guides my way.
I am extremely grateful for this life and this day,
So I will make it the very best that I can.
I will be kind and patient and gentle with myself and with others.
I am filled with gratitude and excitement for this day.
I will allow the gratitude to fill all of my senses and warm my heart.
Let's close out this meditation and start this wonderful day with a deep breath together.
Let's breathe in through the nose and a nice full releasing breath out through your mouth.
Put a soft smile on your face.
Think of one thing that you are grateful for in anticipation of this beautiful day ahead.
