Welcome to your confidence meditation.

Settle in and allow your body to relax.

Let's take a few deep breaths together.

Breathe in self-confidence.

Breathe out releasing and letting go of self-doubts.

Breathe in joy.

Breathe out any hesitations.

Breathe in love.

And breathe out a nice full releasing breath.

I am confident.

I am powerful and unique.

My unique gifts give me purpose and impact.

I love being me.

I commit to only speaking to myself in ways that serve my higher good and the higher good of all whom I encounter.

I am valuable.

I shine brightly to lead the way for others.

I shine to help others.

I believe in myself.

This belief allows me to inspire and encourage those around you.

Take a moment to tap into your most confident self.

What does it look like?

Ignite your senses with this image.

What does it feel like when you tap into your most confident self?

What makes you feel your best?

And then reflect with me on,

I am capable to do anything that I set out to doing,

One step at a time.

I was given this life and these opportunities and these goals and missions for a reason.
