Notice the clothes you choose to wear.
How do you know it yourself or others?
Visualize what you do after you prepared yourself for the day.
How does your ideal morning look like?

What are your surroundings?
What do you do?
How does it smell?
What do you see when you look around?
How do you spend the spreadless hours of youth?
With whom do you spend them?
Maybe you are working for yourself or in your job.
Or you take that time for self-come.
Whatever feels right to you in your ideal day.
See the tasks you complete and imagine the things you accomplish in your morning.
See with whom you connect.
See with whom you help.
As your day unfolds,
Maybe you take some time during the day to set intentions and connect with your vision,
Dreams and desires.
You take some time to feel your emotions and to take care and nourish yourself and others.
Imagine how this looks like for you and for this around of you.
Maybe you make some space for your thoughts or to calm your thoughts and to meditate or to read or to connect.
Notice when in your day they fit in and when do you want to do those things.
Notice where you do it.
Focus on how you do those activities.
Notice how you feel while doing them.
Visualize everything you do and imagine everywhere you go.
Now see how your day will unwind in the evening.
See you evening meal and how you spend the time before you go to bed.
Visualize your ideal night time routine and imagine how you lay in bed after a perfect for your day and let your day pass again.
Simply connect with your brain and see how you take one step closer and closer every single day,
How you integrate one more thing every single day.
