The intention of this meditation is to connect you with your capacity to allow abundance and prosperity into your life.
Trust the journey,
Trust that the images and emotions that come up are messages from your soul.
Now,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out and in and let each breath guide you deeper into calm and presence.
Breathing in and breathing out.
With each inhale feel light gently flowing through you.
From the center of the earth moving up into the soles of your feet,
Through the legs,
Belly,
Chest and up to your head.
And then as you exhale the light flows back down through you,
Grounding and centering you.
Feel this light as it pulsates in your heart space.
Feel your chest connecting all the energy in the space of your heart,
Warming your chest.
You're arriving fully in your body,
Fully open,
Feeling a softness as you arrive fully here in presence.
Now,
Envision a container in front of you.
Notice the shape,
The size,
The design of this container.
Is it large or is it small?
What material is it made of?
Is it made of crystal,
Wood,
Metal or something else?
What special thing about the container do you notice?
How does the container make you feel?
What are the emotions that arise in you?
And what draws you in?
What invites you?
What makes you curious?
Or where do you feel resistance?
What would you want to change?
This is your money container.
This is the container that represents the current capacity you hold at this moment for receiving,
Abundance and money.
And as you observe your money container,
Feel how it holds the flow of prosperity for you.
And you feel a gentle,
Endless stream of water beginning to flow.
Maybe around it,
In it,
Through it.
Just noting that there is a flow of water that gets activated.
Inside of you,
Inside of your container,
Around you,
Around your container.
Notice where the water flows.
Notice how strong it is.
Or how light.
This water represents the natural,
Abundant flow of resources,
Opportunities,
Support,
Love,
Abundance,
Prosperity you are currently allowing in your life.
See the water circling around you and around the container,
Flowing effortlessly,
Never forced,
Finding its path.
Notice how the water moves.
It may be calm and steady or vibrant and powerful.
Notice the flow.
This flow is unique to you.
It aligns with the rhythm of your life and the rhythm of your business.
Coming to you in just the right way and pace that you can hold it right now.
And as you watch the water flowing,
Feel into what the container needs to stay strong,
Receptive,
And even open to more.
What does the container need to expand its capacity?
Maybe it needs reinforcement.
Maybe it needs a larger capacity.
Maybe the acknowledgement of its strength.
Or maybe something else.
And what about the container?
Would you desire to change and shift?
Feel the energy of abundance expanding within you.
Feel how there is abundance all around you.
There is water flowing.
The flow of abundance and prosperity is growing and building up.
It's flowing all around you.
Your container expands.
Your container becomes bigger.
And know that your business,
Your work,
Your life,
And you are deeply supported by its energy.
You're deeply supported by money.
You're worthy of the flow.
And it's safe for you to receive.
Now as you feel this flow,
Envision the energy it brings,
Nourishing and steady.
You feel safe.
And you feel your confidence and your clarity rise,
Knowing that you're supported.
Your container can hold and expand with ease.
And you are capable of holding the expansion.
Anchor this feeling within you.
Know that you can reshape the vision and flow of your container whenever you need to connect,
Expand,
Or find safety with the flow of abundance and money in your life and business.
With this knowing,
You start coming back to your breath.
Feel how you inhale.
Anchor it into your body.
Bringing this feeling of abundance and expansion back into the real present moment.
Grounding yourself back into presence.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
And consider writing down any insights,
Feelings,
And reflections that came up for you during this journey.
These are messages from your unconscious about what you believe currently about money,
About what you believe,
How much you are worthy of receiving and holding.
And you can change this.
And you can expand this.
And you can deeply be grateful of the capacity you already have.
