You you you bring your focus within you Take notice of your body notice The rise and fall of your chest as the breath comes in and out Take a deep breath in slowly filling the space within and let it go slowly,
Purposefully Notice where you hold your stress and breathe into it,
Letting it go allow the breath to come and go releasing all stressful areas within your body I want you to invite into your mind's eye a beautiful light,
A visual light,
A cylinder of light It originates coming from the night sky to the top of your crown warmly trickling in to your body like liquid light starting from the top of your crown coming down over your head beautiful liquid sparkling light and energy warming sparkling light it engulfs your head your forehead your eyes giving you clarity thoughts are clearer hearing is sharper and as it trickled down your body it enhances bringing a heightened sense to every body part bringing balance to each and every part bringing energy to your molecules bringing energy to the molecular parts of your body it trickles downward to your heart through your arms through your belly and hips this beautiful liquid light engulfing inward going down to your thighs your knees your ankles your feet taking root in the mother mother earth accepts it and responds to it it's like it amplifies within the mother's crystalline structure and she responds to her child with love so that amplification of love and energy comes back through you and roots at the base of your spine and like a highway the energy travels up your spine to the top of your crown and then back down your spine then up your spine to the top of your crown and back down and back down an electrifying warmth bringing more light and energy into your body balance balance of the organs balance of your temple balance of your universe with your heightened sensitivity a lightness takes place although rooted in the mother you see your body rise rise against the night sky full of light like a star and there you levitate like a light feather on the wind like a light feather on the wind and you see a beautiful golden liquid energy coming towards you you feel the electricity of this energy before it even touches you and then contact a rejuvenation of your mind a rejuvenation a heightened sensitivity it starts from your feet a beautiful golden liquid light moving slowly up to your ankles to your knees to your thighs to your hips to your tummy it moves slowly trekking up to your heart your hands your arms your chest beautiful liquid golden light mixing with the white light a divine feeling of strength from within comes over you strength balance heightened sensitivity heightened sensitivity all that is sacred all that is powerful for the energy being that you are you see a speck in front of you a speck in front of you it expands moving clockwise wavering in and out movement like it's forming a spiral like it's forming a spiral not dizzying it's like a kaleidoscope of colors red orange yellow green blue indigo purple the colors dance clockwise in a spiral-like fashion against the night sky against the universe then you notice the colors forming a cylinder a shape an opening it is inviting it is inviting there is no fear it is sacred and then a clarity comes a knowing what is it that i invite into my being what commitment do i make to the universe to the universe what commitment do i make to the all i formulate my thoughts keeping them positive keeping them divine so with an understanding and a knowing that every thought is vibration the vibration goes through the opening presented in front of me a message to the universe my spirit is strengthened my energy is heightened my clarity is sharpened my gifts are given and then i realize i am witness to the most divine energy blessing me expanding me initiating me as the all lays hand over me a surrounding of my being by the all we work within a third dimensional world but the realization that we are so much more than that is a knowing deep within me i see my life i let go of the fear the realization that there is nothing to be afraid of that all that i deemed so impactful in my life is so little compared to the universe i am the light i am consciousness i am one with the all that is my purpose that is my role that is my knowing so as this knowing is heightened within my being the blessings of the all gone hooray strengthened loved knowing being loved by the mother the father i as the child am complete the collide of scope of colors within me i am the universe i am the all the all is me the beauty of the knowing the love that emanates from within i am and with this knowledge i come back to my body with the knowing with the gifts strengthened powerful strengthened powerful i am the light i am the light i am the light i am that i am that i am so so so
