Watching the replay.
Today our practice is realizing inner freedom.
And we let more person in.
So realizing inner freedom,
And we're going to do that in a sequence of three ways.
So the first way is through mindful observation.
So observing our inner state,
The content of our experience,
Mindfully.
Neither rejecting or attaching to any of the content just allowing it to flow by and you are the observer of that,
The curious observer of that.
And as best as possible.
Let that curiosity be gentle and self-affirming and no matter what the content is,
Just allow it to be as it is.
So that'll be the first part of the practice.
The second part,
Then we're going to Relax our inner space.
So one of the ways we can be.
Feel our inner freedom is to release inner tensions.
So the second part of the practice will be relaxing our inner space.
And then the third part of the practice will be.
The dissolving the boundary between inner and outer and resting in awareness itself or being itself and realizing the stable presence and enduring.
Peace and freedom of that that's always available.
All right,
So that's the structure of our practice and let's get right into it.
So sit comfortably upright.
Of our feet firmly on the ground,
Parallel to each other,
If that is comfortable for you.
Rest your hands,
Palms cupped in your lap with the tips of your thumbs touching lightly.
In that nice,
Open,
Receptive posture.
And feel your spine drawn gently upright.
When you're ready.
You can lightly close your eyes.
And let's begin with a nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath.
Fueling up.
Danny Arguetty.
Wedding card.
Emptying out.
Settling in your seat.
And being present.
Inside your body.
Now as we begin our practice here together today.
Let's dedicate it to the benefit of all beings.
Acknowledging our oneness with all of life.
And knowing that as each of us access.
Our own inner freedom.
We make that more available for all.
That signal of freedom.
Reds out.
Through our collective consciousness and all that is.
That recognition.
And now let's move into the first part of this practice.
Which is mindful observation.
So tune in to.
Whatever is present in awareness.
That might be sounds in your environment.
Sensations inside your body.
Thoughts,
Or emotions.
And you're allowing all of this content to be just as it is.
You don't need to fix or change anything that's happening.
Just allowing yourself to be just as you are.
Observing the content of your experience.
And then it's the observer.
Of this content.
See if you can allow the content.
Come and go.
I'm trying to control it.
You don't need to try to quiet your mind.
Or do anything.
With the content.
Just notice it.
Accept it.
Become aware of its ever-changing qualities.
Vamats!
Change into other thoughts.
Sensations change into other sensations.
You are aware of one thing and then another.
And you are the one who is aware.
Of all this content coming and going.
There's an inner freedom.
In being the one who is aware.
Allowing the content of experience to come and go.
Notice how you feel.
Once you rest as the witness.
Of all this content.
Now they're grabbing onto it.
And identifying with it.
Not owning it.
And not pushing it away.
You might feel as if you're resting back.
And watching all this content.
Low pi in the foreground.
While you are the background awareness.
Within which all this content arises.
And dissolves.
Now let's tune in specifically to inner sensation.
Feeling your body as a whole from the inside.
Noticing.
Any sensations that are present.
Now let's imagine and feel the sensation.
Of a string attached to the top of your head,
Drawing your spine.
Gently upright.
Feel that sensation now.
Upright posture.
Which brightens awareness.
Your lips are lightly closed.
You're resting your tongue.
Up on the roof of your mouth with the tip of your tongue touching the gum line.
Behind your upper front teeth.
We're going to begin to relax down through.
Your whole body,
Starting at the top of your head.
Focus to the tingling aliveness at the top of your head.
And imagine and feel.
Relaxation like a slow Weed.
It's slowing down.
Over your skull.
Down.
Through the top of your head.
Down through your brain.
Softening,
Relaxing your eyes.
And forehead.
Softening,
Relaxing.
Your mouth,
Your lips.
Your jaw.
And especially your tongue.
Softening all the muscles of your face.
Even your ears.
Softening the skin.
On your head.
Feeling this relaxation flowing down.
Through.
Center of your brain.
Down through your throat.
Softening,
Relaxing.
Your neck and shoulders.
Feel that relaxation flowing down your upper arms.
Your forearms.
Into your palms and fingers.
Softening,
Relaxing.
Your hands.
All the way out to your fingertips.
Feeling that soft openness in your hands.
Connected.
To a feeling of soft openness in your heart.
Allowing your chest and upper back to soften and relax.
Slow wave of relaxations,
Low and down.
Through your heart.
Your abdomen and lower back.
Relaxing,
Releasing any tension,
Any holding.
Around your diaphragm.
Your abdomen.
Allowing your breath to open up.
Gently and deeply.
Feeling that wave of relaxation flowing down into your pelvic bowl.
Your hips.
Blowing through your vines.
Your knees.
Lowing down.
Through your shins and calves.
Relaxing your arches.
Top of your feet.
Danny Arguetty.
All the way through the tips of your toes.
Feel your body as a whole from the inside.
Feel the entire space inside and including your skin.
Sound.
Open.
Completely relaxed.
And free.
Free of tension.
Free.
Thoughts.
And emotions.
When you're centered.
Grounded.
In the feeling of your inner space.
Is open.
Alive.
Holy present.
Film with awareness.
Feel the inner freedom.
Of relaxing your inner space.
Now soften and relax.
Your skin.
Until it feels as if it dissolves.
Feel the space inside and all around.
As one space.
One space filled with awareness.
Feel the quality of this space.
It's open.
Crazy.
Aware.
Tune into this.
Sensation of awareness.
Feel the spaciousness of awareness.
Is there any boundary?
To awareness.
Has no inside and no outside.
It's fast.
Open.
Infinitely spacious.
Was there a time when awareness began?
Or when it will end.
It's without beginning or end.
It's timeless.
Beyond space and time.
Prior to form and content.
As that background within which All experiences arise.
And into which They do so.
Rest Dance.
Awareness itself.
Extending infinitely in all directions.
Unchanging.
Spacious.
Let go.
And rest dance.
Awareness itself.
That's.
Awareness.
Attending.
To itself.
Simply.
Being.
Your peace.
Thanks.
Open Feel the inner space of your body.
Rising.
In the vastness of awareness.
As an open space of experience.
Space where this vast field of awareness and sensations.
Experiences of all kinds.
While remaining vast,
Open,
And free.
Allowing any content.
To arise and dissolve.
In your inner space.
Feeling freedom inside and all around.
Freedom too.
Move your attention.
To observe what's here.
Peacefully allowing the flow.
Feel the tingling aliveness at the top of your head.
Open to the vastness of awareness.
Above and all around.
Feeling the soft,
Warm openness of your hands and heart.
Embracing every moment of experience.
Feeling your abdomen,
Hips,
Legs and feet resting down.
On the earth.
We are fully present.
Free to move with the flow of light.
With awareness permeating every moment.
Now.
Feeling the space inside and all around.
It's peaceful,
Aware space.
Very slowly begin to open your eyes.
Take in.
These faces,
These eyes of our group.
