Wherever you are,
We can begin by finding yourself sitting down in a chair,
Somewhere comfortable,
With your feet flat on the floor,
Your palms facing upwards towards the sky.
If you'd like,
You can set an intention for yourself today for your meditation.
And then you can gently close your eyes and begin to take some deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose,
And out through the mouth several times.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.

And out through the mouth.
Just continue that breathing pattern throughout the rest of this meditation.
Let's begin very gently and easily with a body relaxation.
I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.
You can repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body.

Go ahead and imagine that you're the most relaxed you've ever been.
As you do this,
A warm golden white light pours down from the top of your head,
Down through your body,
Out your feet and into the air.
This warm golden white light washes away any stress,
Any fear,
Any self doubt or negativity.
Anything that holds you back from truly expressing you.
You can just let it all go now into this warm golden white light to be carried away from you forever.
And so for the next few moments,

Letting yourself cleanse and purify,
