And taking several deep breaths in through the nose and out.
Breathing in light and positivity.
And breathing out through your mouth.
Any negativity.
Anything that's not serving.
Just continuing to breathe in this way.
As you begin to visualize,
Sense,
Imagine or feel.
Rays of light shining down upon your head.
And as these rays of light shine down upon you,
You feel alive.
You feel more energy.
You feel what's possible for your life.
A renewed sense of hope.
As you bask in these rays coming towards you.
And in this space,
You can't help but feel your heart.
It opens.
Becoming so much more alive.
It's almost as if as these rays give you life,
So does your heart come to life.
You begin to wonder about all the gifts that you can share.
All that you can give.
Becoming more and more.
The more rays of light that you receive.
Feel so good to let go of the heavy.
The weight of self-problems and self-doubt.
Moving into truth.
Into the light and higher.
Becoming a more full version of yourself.
With every drop of love.
And so in this way,
You feel good.
You feel alive.
You dance to your own good.
You are the creator of your universe.
The master of this plane.
So you dance.
You receive.
And you give.
All in a beautiful flow.
You don't have to try.
Because it's your essence that comes through.
So letting yourself be here for a few moments.
Using these rays of light for further growth.
Further self-knowledge.
Further awakening of your divinity.
Feeling grateful for this light.
And knowing and feeling relieved that no matter what,
You can always come back here.
Visualizing and working with rays of light to bring forward your truesome.
Connecting to the vibration.
The frequency of the highest peace.
The highest wisdom.
And allowing yourself to enjoy this space.
Finding your joy.
Finding your rhythm.
And always being true to yourself.
Now you decide after this meditation that you're going to take these rays of light with you wherever you go.
This isn't something that has to end.
But rather an awareness.
That you can stay in the light all the time.
Being guided and supported.
Having your heart lead the way.
This is your truth.
