Hello and welcome to this track which is designed to help you fall into a wonderful night's sleep.
Firstly,
I'd like you to find a position where you're going to be sleeping tonight,
Get yourself comfy and just prepare yourself to listen to my guidance.
This meditation is all about feeling good about yourself,
So don't be overly critical with yourself,
You don't need to be,
All you have to do is just listen.
It's as simple as that,
There's no procedure that you have to follow,
No special practice that you have to do,
It's just about listening.
Close your eyes and let me tell you something about yourself.
You are a being with infinite potential.
I know people say this all the time,
But it's true.
There is no one quite like you on this planet,
Not just on this planet but in the entire universe.
You are so unique and so special.
You are here for a reason,
Your life has purpose.
Sometimes we forget that when we get caught up in our fast-paced lives and doing our daily chores and daily rituals,
We forget about how incredible we are as individuals.
Sometimes we compare ourselves to other people,
But we don't need to because we are here with a unique purpose and by comparing ourselves to other people,
We are taking the happiness away from our own lives.
I want you tonight as you drift into deep sleep to celebrate you,
I want you to fall to sleep tonight with a smile on your face about who you are.
We all have insecurities and doubts and sometimes that voice gets the better of us.
We can have days,
Weeks,
Sometimes months,
But we're feeling really,
Really low.
Now is the time to flip that narrative.
Now is the time to flip that narrative.
Now is the time to tell yourself a different story.
You can take the reins of your life,
Take control of that narrative and choose to believe that you are here to do some good.
I don't know you,
But I do know that you have unique abilities,
Unique characteristics,
Unique traits and quirks that the world needs and if you apply them in your own special way,
Adding in the things that you've learned along the way,
Then you will give a unique version of yourself to the world that has never been seen before.
So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and relax in the knowledge that you are special and you deserve this blissful rest.
There are going to be days in the future where you wake up and you're not feeling 100%.
Those are the days you need to be gentle with yourself.
We tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves in those days,
But the reality of it is we already have a lot of pressure on our plate during those days,
So why add even more?
It's about self-love on those days,
It's about being gentle with yourself and reminding yourself that although you're not feeling 100%,
You are special.
Although you're not feeling 100%,
You are amazing.
And by reminding yourself this during those tough days,
You will have less of those tough days going forward.
It's all about programming your mind so you are working on your side naturally.
Unconsciously,
We have a voice in the back of our mind which is always saying things,
Always telling ourselves a story about what we're perceiving.
But the more and more that we train our mind,
Especially during those hard days,
To talk well of ourselves,
To love ourselves,
Then going forward,
That unconscious narrative that's talking in the background,
It will be working with you rather than against you and that will naturally elate you and help propel you forward with motivation to give that unique version of yourself to the world.
You are so special.
You are wonderful.
You are a light that the world needs.
No matter what you have gone through,
You have something good to offer if you choose to believe in that narrative.
Now sometimes it's hard to believe in that narrative,
Especially if we've been brought up in a certain environment which holds certain belief systems,
A parental system,
A societal system,
An educational system that may not be telling you that particular story.
But I'm telling you that story right now and you can choose to believe my words.
I know through experience that once I flipped the narrative in my life,
Once I took control of the narrative,
Then I started to produce special things with my life.
I just want to remind you of that in case you haven't heard it lately.
I want you to drift off tonight with a true feeling of contentness with who you are.
I want you to wake up tomorrow and no matter how you feel when you wake up,
I want you to tell yourself the story that I'm telling you right now.
I want to guide you into a place of love,
A place of self-belief.
You can guide yourself into that place if you make this a daily ritual,
A daily habit to talk to yourself well,
Be mindful of when you're not feeling too good and think to yourself in those moments,

I'm going to tell myself a different story about how I'm feeling.
The narrative inside your mind creates feelings inside your body and those feelings help to create behavior.
That behavior is how you interact with the world.
It's how you perceive the world that allows you to behave in a way that you desire to create the life of your dreams and a change in perception comes from a change in that narrative in your mind.
What narrative do you choose to believe tonight before you drift into deep sleep?
If you can make this a practice every day before you go to bed,
Then it will really help because as you are drifting into sleep,
That information is primed to go into your unconscious mind because that's the state you are going to be entering.
So these kind of rituals are good before you go to bed and as you are waking up when you are most in your unconscious mind because that's when you are most susceptible to believing it.
Learn about yourself,
Grow,
Understand that you are an infinite being with infinite potential.
You have so much to offer.
You are a ray of light on this planet.
People love you and need you.
Smile about who you are.
Breathe,
Be present because the present is a present and you will notice how beautiful you are when you become more present.
So as you drift off into deep sleep,
Know that you have a beautiful future ahead of you and be your own best friend just as you are choosing to do right now.
