Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This meditation is designed for people that have recently experienced a breakup or people that are going through some kind of heartbreak.
These experiences are traumatic and there is a lot of negative repercussions that come from these experiences.
There might be anger,
Animosity,
Fear,
Anxiety,
Stress.
Maybe you thought that person was the one and now you have to re-sculpt your life and all of a sudden take a completely new path.
There's a lot of unknowns.
First of all I want you to know that you're not alone.
I myself have recently experienced a breakup.
I like to create my meditations around what I'm going through.
So I hope that maybe my words can help you in some way,
Shape or form.
I find that the best way that I deal with my breakup is I try to control the story that's going on in my mind.
Because how you respond to what you're going through will determine your reality.
So you can either let the situation have power over you or you can gain control of the situation.
Yes what we are going through is hard and sad.
But trust me there's so much potential for you.
All you have to do today in this meditation is listen to my words and repeat them either out loud or in your head.
Today we're going to be telling ourselves a different story so we can feel much more optimistic about ourselves and our situation.
Let's begin.
This situation does not have control over me.
I am in complete control of this situation.
I cannot change the past but I can look forward to the future.
This experience does not determine who I am.
My future is bright with so much potential.
I don't need to beat myself up over feeling sad.
Everything I'm going through is for a reason.
After a hurricane comes a rainbow.
I still have so much love to give and so much love to receive.
This experience does not determine my happiness here and now.
Only I have control over my happiness.
Where I go from this is entirely up to me.
I am free.
I have a newfound freedom and a new lease of life.
I am feeling my energy returning.
I will continue moving forward majestic and true.
I will eventually let go of feelings of anger and animosity.
I will love again.
My world is not over.
It is only just beginning.
And now I want you to sit here.
