Now take another deep breath,
And this time as you exhale,

We will journey inward,
Into a space where your conscious and unconscious mind can meet,
Setting the tone for a day filled with ease,
Clarity,
And a natural sense of wellbeing.
Begin by gently directing your attention to the very first moment of your day.
Picture yourself as you were just waking up this morning,
Before any thoughts or concerns entered your mind.
In that initial moment,
There was a stillness,
A sense of pure being,
Where the world had not yet fully formed around you.
Hold onto that feeling,
As if you are cradling the quiet beginning of the day.
It is a moment before any to-do lists,
Any expectations,
Or any routines,
A place of potential and quiet possibility.
Now imagine that this quiet,
Still moment is like the surface of a calm lake at dawn.
The water is clear and unbroken,
Reflecting the sky in perfect harmony.
You are standing at the edge of this lake,
Gazing at its stillness,
Aware that it is a reflection of your own inner state.
The natural clarity and calm that exists before the activities of the day stir the waters.
Let yourself simply observe this state of stillness,
Knowing that beneath the calm surface,
There is a deep well of flow and intuition.
As you continue to breathe gently,
Picture a leaf falling from a nearby tree,
And landing softly on the surface of the water.
Watch as small ripples begin to expand outward,
Moving across the lake in perfect,
Concentric circles.
These ripples symbolize the gentle awakening of your unconscious mind,
The way it stirs naturally as you begin your day.
There is no force,
No hurry,
Only the unfolding of each ripple,
One after the other,
Creating a pattern of movement that feels effortless.
Now see yourself taking a step forward,
Onto a small wooden dock that extends out over the lake.
As you walk to the edge of the dock,
You feel the wood beneath your feet,
The slight movement of the water beneath you,
And the cool,
Crisp air touching your skin.
This dock represents a space where you can step into the flow of your own life without resistance,
Embracing the idea that the natural rhythms of your day are already set in motion by the currents beneath the surface.
Standing at the edge of the dock,
Allow yourself to tune into your unconscious mind's rhythms.
Consider how,
Throughout the day,
You will navigate tasks,
Interactions and experiences.
Picture these moments not as obstacles or duties,
But as natural currents in the water,
Each one guiding you along your path.
You don't need to swim against them,
Or force yourself to move quickly.
Instead you will trust the currents to carry you effortlessly forward,
Knowing that every task,
Every meeting and every moment will unfold exactly as it should.
As you breathe in,
Let yourself feel that sense of trust,
Trust that your day will flow in a way that feels harmonious and balanced.
As you breathe out,
Allow any concerns,
Plans or anticipations to dissolve into the water,
Knowing that the currents will carry you forward without effort.
Now let your attention drift away from the lake and the dock,
And imagine a new scene,
A grand old library.
You are standing at the entrance to this library,
And realise that each book on the shelves represents a different memory,
Experience or piece of knowledge that resides within your unconscious mind.
You can sense the wisdom stored within this space,
Wisdom that is always available to guide you through your day.
Take a step inside the library,
And walk slowly down one of the aisles,
Feeling the quiet presence of your own accumulated knowledge and experiences.
You come across a section filled with journals,
Books that appear blank but hold the potential for today's experiences.
As you take one of these journals from the shelf,
Imagine that it represents the unfolding day ahead,
Ready to be filled with moments that naturally flow from one to the next.
Open the journal,
And see that the pages are not entirely blank.
At the top of each page there is a word or phrase,
Gently suggesting the tone for that part of the day.
You notice words like ease,
Connection,
Focus,
Joy,
Presence.
These words are not instructions,
Rather they are invitations,
Like guides that encourage you to approach each moment with an open heart and mind.
You flip through the pages and find that the journal continues to offer gentle suggestions,
Reminders from your deeper self.
Suggestions like,
Pause to enjoy simple pleasures,
Take a deep breath before responding,
Move through each task with curiosity.
These reminders are not demands,
But gentle nudges from your unconscious mind,
Guiding you toward a day that feels aligned and natural.
You sit for a moment and contemplate what the guidance will be for you today.
As you close the journal and place it back on the shelf,
