Don't worry,
You're actually more in control of this situation than you realize.
It's likely you're making this situation out to be bigger in your own mind.
I want you to scale things up to the grand nature of the universe at the moment.
Think of how huge it is.
Galaxies,
Trillions of stars.
The stress is simply in your mind,
Nowhere else in this universe.
So let go of that stress for a moment.
Free your mind and realize that it is actually going to be okay.
I promise you,
You will get through this.
Whatever it is you're dealing with right now,
I have complete faith in you.
I want you to use this mantra in this meditation today.
Use these words,
