Everything is going to be OK, if you're feeling low right now then often listening to encouraging words can help to alleviate that low feeling. The idea of this meditation is to focus on the mantra 'it's going to be ok' in order for us to feel less anxious about what is to come and to feel more optimistic about the future and what lies ahead on our journey. Often we make things out to be bigger than they really are within our minds so hopefully, this meditation will help to rationalise emotions.

Just in case no one's told you yet,

It's going to be okay.

Don't worry,

You're actually more in control of this situation than you realize.

It's likely you're making this situation out to be bigger in your own mind.

I want you to scale things up to the grand nature of the universe at the moment.

Think of how huge it is.

Galaxies,

Trillions of stars.

The stress is simply in your mind,

Nowhere else in this universe.

So let go of that stress for a moment.

Free your mind and realize that it is actually going to be okay.

I promise you,

You will get through this.

Whatever it is you're dealing with right now,

I have complete faith in you.

I want you to use this mantra in this meditation today.

Use these words,

It's going to be okay.

Repeat after me now,

It's going to be okay.

And again,

Repeat after me,

It's going to be okay.

And one more time with me,

It's going to be okay.

I'm gonna give you some time and space to meditate on this mantra.

Say it in your mind when you feel like you want to,

Or even out loud.

Listen to this music and let it relax you.

It's going to be okay.

It's going to be okay.

It's going to be okay.

It's going to be okay.

It's going to be okay.

I hope you feel a little better now.

Now to finish off this meditation,

We're just going to focus on simple breathing,

To allow ourselves to be more present and therefore less anxious and less stressed.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold at the top and out through your mouth.

In through your nose,

Hold at the top and out through your mouth.

Continue this breathing for another minute.

Continue this breathing for another minute.

Continue this breathing for another minute.

Okay,

I hope that you feel much better now,

And if not just keep reminding yourself that it is going to be okay.

You may be in the thicker things right now,

And things may seem like they're never ending or like they're so overwhelming.

There's always light at the end of the tunnel.

This too shall pass.

You can get through this.

I believe in you.
