Ask The Universe Anything: An Awakening

An opportunity to embark on a guided visualization that will allow you to connect directly with the universe. In this session, you will be allowed to ask the universe any burning question you desire about your life. Hopefully, over the next few days, weeks, and months, the answer will reveal itself in some way.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes gently,

And take a deep,

Slow breath in through your nose,

Allowing the air to fill your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment at the top,

And then exhale softly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension,

Stress or distractions.

Let yourself settle into this space.

This is your time for connection,

Exploration and peace.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Each one bringing you closer to a sense of calm and stillness.

Now begin to breathe naturally,

Letting your body fall into its own rhythm.

As you relax,

Imagine a warm,

Glowing light above you,

Radiating gently.

This light represents your connection to the infinite universe,

The source of all life,

Energy and wisdom.

Let this light begin to pour down,

Like a waterfall of golden energy washing over you.

Feel it gently caressing your skin,

Soaking into your body,

And filling you with warmth,

Peace and a sense of boundless potential.

You are about to embark on an incredible journey,

One that will take you beyond the boundaries of time and space,

Through the mysteries of the universe and into the very heart of existence itself.

Take a deep breath and prepare to let go,

To float freely through the cosmos.

With your eyes still closed,

Imagine that your body is growing lighter,

Weightless.

The ground beneath you seems to dissolve,

And you begin to gently rise.

You begin to ascend higher and higher,

Leaving the earth below you.

Visualize yourself lifting off the surface,

Rising into the air effortlessly.

The light of the universe carrying you.

You are free,

Untethered from the limitations of gravity,

Your spirit soaring.

As you float higher,

The sky above you changes,

Shifting from a bright blue to a deeper velvety black.

Stars begin to twinkle into view,

Their distant lights sparkling like diamonds in the vastness of space.

You feel a sense of awe as the world beneath you shrinks,

Becoming a small blue orb floating in the infinite sea of stars.

You are now among the cosmos,

Part of the great expanse.

Look around you.

The stars,

Planets and galaxies are all within your reach.

You are no longer bound by time or space.

You are part of the universe,

An eternal traveler moving freely between the stars.

The incredible sense of possibility of eternity stretching out in every direction.

Its clouds of gas and dust swirling in vivid colors,

Deep purples,

Blues and fiery reds.
