Welcome beautiful soul.

If you've arrived here today it may be because life feels heavy.

Perhaps the demands of your work,

Your family,

Or simply the pace of everyday life have left you feeling stretched,

Thin,

Scattered,

Or exhausted.

First,

I want you to know you're not alone.

We all face times when our responsibilities pile up and it feels like too much.

This meditation is a space for you to step away from the noise of the world and reconnect with the calm that already lives within you.

One way we can do this is by using a mantra.

A mantra means existence,

Consciousness,

Bliss.

These words remind us of our truest essence,

That beneath all the overwhelm we are more than our to-do lists,

More than our worries,

More than our fleeting emotions.

We are steady presence,

Aware beings,

And deep joy.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable position.

Close your eyes gently and let your body soften.

Now imagine a box resting on the floor in front of you.

This is no ordinary box.

It is a magic box.

Into this box I invite you to place all of your demands,

Expectations,

And worries,

Just for these few minutes.

You don't have to carry them right now.

While you focus your energy on creating stillness within,

Trust that the box is quietly at work,

Transforming everything you've placed inside.

It is neutralizing the energetic charge of each demand,

Each worry,

Each expectation,

So that when you return to them later they feel lighter,

Softer,

And less overwhelming.

Take a deep breath in and release it slowly.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

Letting your lungs expand,

And breathe out,

Letting the weight of your experience begin to melt away.

With each breath,

Feel yourself arriving here,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to chase,

Just this moment.

Now silently introduce the mantra.

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

On the inhale,

Think Sat,

Chit,

And on the exhale,

Ananda.

Allow the rhythm of your breathing to carry the mantra naturally,

As if it's flowing on its own.

This is your anchor,

A soft reminder that you are not your overwhelm.

You are existence.

You are consciousness.

You are bliss.

When thoughts of what you need to do later arise,

That's okay.

Greet them kindly and gently guide yourself back to the breath and the mantra.

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

I will give you some time now to sit with the mantra on your own.

If your mind wanders,

Simply return to your breath and softly repeat.

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

Let these words guide you back to the calm center within.

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

Begin now to slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Feel the support of the ground beneath you,

Steady and strong.

And now bring your attention back to the magic box you placed in front of you at the beginning.

Notice how it has been quietly at work while you rested in stillness.

The worries,

Demands,

And expectations you placed inside have been transformed.

What once felt heavy and charged now feels lighter,

Softer,

Easier to carry.

Perhaps some of what was inside has dissolved completely and what remains no longer feels overwhelming.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale allow yourself to receive this lightness.

Trust that you can return to your day with greater clarity,

Knowing that the weight you carry is not the same as before.

And remember,

Whenever life feels too full,

You can return to the breath,

To the mantra,

And to the magic box.

Each time you do,

You remind yourself that you are not your overwhelm.

You are a steady presence.

You are consciousness.

You are bliss.

May you carry this peace with you as you move through the rest of your day.

Namaste.
