Just begin in a comfortable seat.
Just feel the warmth of your hands resting on your body as you gently breathe.

Softening your shoulders away from your ears.
Releasing through your jaw.
Softening any other parts of the body that are a little bit tense or tight.
Just feel the warmth of your hands resting on your body as you gently breathe.
And feeling your hands resting on your body,
Connecting to your heart,
To your breath.
Visualizing a radiant white light coming from the palms of your hands into the body.
And this white light carries kindness,
Love into your body,
Into your heart.
And imagining it filling up your entire body.
Releasing any expectations of yourself.
And just allow this white light to flow freely from your hands into your body,
Gently accepting this love and compassion.
And allowing it to completely fill you up.
And just allow this white light to fill you up.
And just allow this white light to fill you up.
Continuing to soften through the body.
Feel free to take any size out through your mouth.
Taking three more slow breaths.
And when you feel ready,
Just gently releasing your hands in your lap.
Taking a deep inhale through your nose.
And completely let the breath out through the mouth.
One more breathing in.
Letting it go.
Turning to your natural deep breath in and out through your nose.
And gently bowing your head towards your heart.
Acknowledging yourself in this moment.
Acknowledging all the love and kindness that you are.
