You are now in your daily energy practice.

Get ready to be held,

Evolve your energy,

And expand into exactly what it is that you need right now.

Take a gentle breath in,

Letting your body soften into the space you've created around you.

On your next breath in,

Let your shoulders and your jaw drop just a little bit more,

Releasing your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

And let yourself breathe out exactly as you need to.

Feel into your inner light.

Where do you sense it?

What do you notice?

Do you see it with your imagination,

Or do you feel its warmth and strength?

This light honors you and your journey in exactly where you are.

Ask your inner light to please expand for you.

And as it expands,

You are connecting to your source and your higher consciousness.

Just get to hold your energy and space during this time.

Allow yourself to receive the bounty that comes from this space.

Saying hello to your inner light again.

Ask your spirit team to run energy for you right now for your highest good.

Seeing you're receiving now is exactly right.

And while you're here,

Set intentions with your light for the remainder of your day.

What is it that you're needing?

Your inner light is powerful.

It is always there for you,

Running in the background.

Know that you can feel into it or imagine it at any point throughout your day when you're needing some extra love and support.
