Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Emilia Garth and today we will go on a journey through the chakras.
Throughout the meditation,
As we discover each chakra,
I'll explain the color,
The energy,
And an affirmation that is associated with each.
Please feel free to pause or to repeat this meditation or just those parts that truly resonate with you.
The chakras are energetic spirals,
Wheels,
Or vortices.
There are many of them and today we will focus on the primary ones,
From the root to the crown.
Please take a few breaths,
As long as you need,
To settle into a comfortable upright position,
Balanced,
Seated,
Ideally with your back supported.
And if that's not available for you today,
Simply bring yourself to a comfortable seat.
If it's safe for you where you are,
Please close your eyes.
If you're driving,
Please don't close your eyes.
But let's all take a few centering,
Grounding breaths.
Take them in your own time and allow each breath to be slower and deeper than the previous one.
Let's begin with the first chakra,
Muladhara.
Envision a warm glowing red light at the base of your spine,
Encompassing your sacrum,
Your pelvic floor,
And the first three spinal vertebra.
This glowing red light is associated with survival,
Physical stability,
Physical safety,
Security,
Feeling safe in your body.
If you feel any resistance,
If you feel discomfort,
We can bring this chakra into balance with this simple affirmation,
I am.
In your mind or out loud,
You can say,
I am.
And every time you say it,
Envision and allow that red light at the base of your spine to glow stronger,
Brighter,
With more conviction.
I am.
Continuing our journey,
We move to the next chakra,
Svadhisthana,
The sacral chakra.
It's located in the lower abdomen.
You can put your hand there,
To your sacred waters of your womb.
Or if you're a gentleman,
This is where you also have your sensuality.
Those organs of fertility of procreation,
Of creation,
Of creativity.
As you breathe in,
You see a beautiful glowing orange light within you,
In this space.
And every breath sends that light more acknowledgement,
More power,
More love,
More acceptance of yourself,
Of this creative,
Sensual energy,
The waters within you.
And if your hands are not in this space,
Go ahead and bring your hands to your lower abdomen.
And either in your mind or out loud,
You can say,
I feel.
I feel.
And allow yourself,
Truly,
To see what it is that you feel.
Continuing our journey,
We move into the next chakra,
Manipura,
The solar plexus.
This is located between the navel and the diaphragm.
And this one is associated with your personal power,
Your willpower,
Your assertiveness.
As we bring our hands to this area,
We invite a yellow light to begin glowing.
With every breath,
It becomes stronger and brighter,
And we can feel stronger in our own will,
Inviting more and more strength.
As we say,
I can,
Either in our mind or out loud.
I can.
Feeling it deep within,
Invoking your own strength.
I can.
Yellow light,
Solar plexus.
I can.
Continuing our ascent up the spine,
From the root towards the crown,
We now approach the Anahata chakra,
The heart chakra.
This is located in the middle of the chest,
Next to the physical heart.
And this one is associated with love.
As we bring our hands right here in the middle of our chest,
We see,
We invite,
And we invoke a gentle green light glowing right inside of us,
Underneath our hands.
And every breath brings more intensity,
More depth,
A brighter hue,
A beautiful glow of pure love to this green light.
And we say to ourself,
Either in our mind or out loud,
I love.
I love.
Continuing our journey,
We now bring our hands up to our throat,
Vishuddha,
The throat chakra.
It's associated with communication.
As we bring our hands here to our throat,
We relax our throat so we can breathe more clearly.
We relax our neck.
We relax our shoulders.
And we see a brilliant blue light glowing,
Vibrating in our throat.
And this chakra also governs our listening abilities and our ability to be heard.
Also creating our own reality through our words and voicing our needs.
If you feel any blockages here or any challenges,
Take all the time you need here with the affirmation,
I speak.
I speak.
I speak.
Speak your truth.
Speak your reality into existence.
I speak.
We continue up the spinal column,
Ascending,
Climbing,
Traveling up towards the crown.
And now we arrive at the third eye chakra.
In Sanskrit,
Ajna.
This is located between the eyebrows,
Slightly above your eye level.
And this is associated with inspiration,
Intuition,
And knowing yourself.
The affirmation for this chakra is,
I see.
As you bring your hands to this part,
Right between your eyebrows,
Invite clarity of foresight so that you can see what your path is.
So you can trust your path.
So that you can see beyond the limiting here and now,
And the limitations of your thoughts.
Invite a purple light right here,
In between your eyebrows.
As you say,
I see.
I truly see.
Take as long as you need with any of these affirmations before we move on to the next.
Finally,
We ascend to the crown chakra,
Sahasrara.
It's located at the very top of the head,
And it's associated with intelligence and bliss.
You can bring your hands here,
Or simply sit a little bit straighter,
Reaching the crown of your head up towards the sky,
Towards the sky,
Connecting energetically.
The color is violet.
Envision a violet light right here at the top of your head.
If you feel any blockages,
The affirmation is,
I know.
I know.
This chakra represents your relationship to all life,
Consciousness,
Your purpose,
And how you choose to spend your time.
Returning to that violet light,
Allowing it to become more and more vibrant as you say,
I know.
And coming back to the breath,
Envisioning this rainbow-colored column within you.
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Violet,
Indigo.
All of your chakras open,
Aligned,
Spinning,
Spiraling that energy from your root to your crown.
You feel empowered,
You feel competent,
And you feel love.
Thank you for joining me today as we explored this journey within.
Please feel free to go back to any part of today's meditation that truly resonated with you.
My name is Emilia Garth.
I wish you love.
I wish you peace.
I wish you happiness,
Now and forever.
