Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Emilia Garth and today's meditation is to relieve anxiety.
During this meditation I will offer affirmations that will relax you and reprogram any thoughts that are causing stress.
Feel free to repeat these affirmations out loud or simply listen and allow them to plant seeds of relaxation deep in your mind.
Let's begin.
If you are in a place where it is safe for you to close your eyes,
Then please do so.
If you are driving,
Keep your eyes open,
But wherever you are,
Allow your spine to be straight,
Allow your shoulders to relax and slow down your breath.
Once again,
Feel free to repeat after me as we begin the affirmations or simply allow them to be planted in the fertile garden of your mind.
With every breath that I exhale,
I release tension.
As I breathe,
All my body muscles relax.
Stress is evaporating from my mind and body.
All is well.
All is well within me and all is well around me.
I am strong.
I am doing the best I can and that is enough.
I release what has happened and I embrace the present.
I take things one at a time,
One day at a time,
One step at a time.
I welcome a sense of calm into my body and into my life with this breath.
I choose to be happy.
I am doing the best that I can and that is enough.
I am resilient.
I will get through this.
I believe in myself.
I trust myself.
I love myself.
Checking in with your breath,
Softening the shoulders,
Allowing every breath to fill you up and allowing a little bit of stress and anxiety to flow out as you exhale.
Check in with the speed of your breath.
See if both the inhale and the exhale can slow down.
Check in with the depth of your breath.
See if both the inhale and the exhale can be deeper.
Before you go back out into the world,
Allow your shoulders to relax a little bit more.
Soften your jaw.
Allow your breath to stay slow and full.
Remember,
You are strong.
You are capable.
Trust yourself.
Once again,
My name is Emilia Garth.
Thank you for joining me today.
The light in me recognizes and adores the light in you,
For it is the same light that shines in me.
Namaste
