Settling into this present moment here.
Invite your awareness in.
We're gonna start by calling all of our energy back to our bodies with a couple of breaths together.
In your comfortable seated position or laying down,
I'll invite you to close your eyes and feel into the present moment.
Just listen to my voice.
Let's take a deep inhale together through the nose.
And exhale out the mouth.
Feeling into the body here.
With this next inhale through the nose,
Envision all of your energy coming back to your body.
And as you exhale,
You release any energy that doesn't belong to you.
Again,
Inhale,
Calling all of your energy back from all tasks,
All conversations,
All other people.
And exhale,
Releasing all energy that isn't yours.
One more,
Inhaling,
Calling all of your energy back from all realms,
All timelines.
And releasing any energy that isn't authentically you.
Beautiful,
Coming into a bit of inner awareness here now that we're embodied in the present moment.
I'll invite you to just slow your breath down,
Keeping your eyes closed.
And begin to notice where your root chakra is,
The base of your tailbone.
Feel into that space as we now connect to the earth energy there,
Calling up a grounding cord from the center of the earth.
That's a neutral green color.
Envision it coming up to the bottom of your root as wide as your hips,
Holding you in space,
Grounding you,
And connecting that innate relationship between the human body and the earth.
With your next deep inhale here,
Breathe into your root and whisper to yourself,
I am safe.
I am safe,
I belong here.
And with your next inhale,
You feel that green energy and light start to come up into your low belly area and your sacral chakra,
Feeling that light move and release anything that may be blocking you,
Feeling into your creativity here.
And with your next inhale,
You're calling that earth energy up through the grounding cord,
Through to your solar plexus,
Feeling your identity strong,
Feeling that you are safe to express yourself.
And with this next inhale,
Calling all of that vibrant green energy up into your heart space,
Feeling a heart opening here,
Feeling that green energy,
Giving your heart a full hug.
And as the next inhale comes,
You call that energy up to your throat space,
Feeling any unblocking here,
Anything that's holding you back from speaking your truth be released back to the earth.
Inhaling again,
Calling the energy up to your third eye,
Feeling your connection to what's greater than your body,
Breathing into that openness,
That connection there.
And take another deep inhale all the way from your root,
Calling and running the energy all the way to your crown,
The top of your head,
Feel into that openness,
Feel any sensation there on your crown,
Knowing that you are supported and connected to the universe,
To community.
And with your next breath in,
You envision your own sun,
This golden bright light above your head,
Envision it,
See it coming closer to your body.
And as it comes closer,
It's warming the top of your head and energizing every cell in your body with energy that is authentically yours.
And with your next inhale,
You begin to feel that sun come so close that it begins to turn into liquid sunlight,
Gold and drip down your crown and all throughout your body like honey.
This liquid sunlight is nourishing every cell in your body.
It is healing any wounds that come forward today and letting go of any blocks as it moves down through your throat and into your heart space.
And as you feel it drip down deeper and deeper,
You feel it all the way down in your womb,
In your sacral chakra,
Feeling that honey-like sunshine,
Energize,
Clear and nourish you.
And as it comes down to the root,
The sunlight is all throughout your body and it begins to radiate now beyond your physical.
Feel into your aura,
The energy field around your body.
It may be one foot away,
Maybe three.
Feel into how big your aura is today.
And with your next inhale,
You feel that radiant,
Beautiful golden sunlight begin to fill your aura,
Clearing all of the energy that isn't authentically you.
And as you breathe into your aura,
You begin to feel it purifying and healing,
Removing any entities,
Any holes,
Any drains,
Anything that does not support your highest good.
Take a deep breath here into this radiance,
Feeling yourself glowing in this warmth,
In this orb of you that is fully alive with no one else's energy or influence but your own.
And with your next inhale,
You'll feel a wave of water-like bright white energy wash over your aura and your body that I'm sending you to feel and your body that I'm sending you to finish any processes that need to be finished today to unblock,
To release and to heal what is perfect for your own being.
And as you feel that wave finish these processes,
You feel a new connection to your grounding cord come up that is neutral,
That is grounded and is bringing you back into this moment,
Bringing you back into your room,
Feeling that connection to your body on top of your bed,
In a chair.
Begin to feel the weight of your body again from a perspective of clarity,
Energized in your own light.
Take a deep breath in through the nose here,
A little bit more and let it go the mouth.
Another one just like that inhale through the nose and out the mouth,
Beautiful.
Find your way back into a seat or you may stay laying down and just bask in all of your own sunlight.
