Here you will commune with your higher self, seek guidance from the spirit realm and connect with the elements. This sacred place is one you can return to again and again, to come into deeper connection with the message of your soul.

Welcome to this guided meditation where we will be going on a journey to your secret garden.

Begin by finding a nice comfortable space where you can sit either cross-legged or up on the knees and once you find your seat really starting to settle down through the sit bones.

Begin by relaxing the back of your head and the back of your hands.

Lengthen the spine reaching the crown of the head up towards the sky while letting the tailbone sink down towards the earth.

Drop the shoulders down the back,

Relax the jaw and first begin by placing your awareness in the heart space.

Tuning in and out letting the breath be natural and effortless and start to imagine that you can feel the vibrations of the heart space emanating out in front of you,

Left and to the right.

Tuning into this vibration of the heart as it grows and expands in all directions.

Feeling the energy and vibration of the heart on your skin,

Feeling the subtle sensations,

Vibrations as you breathe and notice.

With your awareness at the heart space begin by dropping a cord of light down from the heart down into the earth,

Anchoring your light to mother earth beneath you.

Breathe in here as you pull energy up from the earth,

Letting it circulate through your body and as you exhale sending your energy down to the earth,

Anchoring,

Grounding.

Take a few more breaths here and on your next inhale begin to travel back up the spine meeting once again at the heart.

Take another big inhale into the heart space and as you exhale sending the cord of light up through the spine out through the crown of the head,

Connecting to the sky,

The sun,

The stars,

The moon,

Sending your energy up and out as far as you can imagine,

Connecting to the light of the cosmos,

Connecting to the light of your higher self and letting all of this light bathe you,

Coming back down through the crown of the head,

Bathing you like a river of light.

Bringing your awareness back down now into the heart,

Take an inhale into the heart space and take an exhale.

From this place of being grounded to the earth and connected to the sky,

To spirit,

We will begin to journey now,

Beginning to visualize yourself standing in a forest and this forest is a pathway to your secret garden.

As you're walking through the forest along the path,

Taking in your surroundings,

Noticing the trees,

The plants,

Noticing if there's any animals,

Noticing the quality of the light,

Noticing how the air feels on your skin,

Noticing what you hear,

Any sounds in this space,

In this forest and you come across some stepping stones that you know so well will take you to your secret garden.

As you approach the stones,

You begin to take one step at a time,

Counting out as you move.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

Once you get to that tenth stone,

You look up and you notice you are now in your secret garden,

The sacred space that only you can know.

You walk out into the garden,

Taking in everything around you,

Again noticing the sights,

The sounds,

The smells,

All of the beauty,

All of the magical majesty of the sacred space.

This is your space where you can always come to return and connect with you,

Your higher self,

Connect with the elements,

Ask for guidance and seek connection.

And as this is a place where you can connect with the elements,

You begin to walk around and notice where you are being drawn to.

Maybe you're being drawn towards a tree,

Maybe you're being drawn towards a river or a waterfall,

Maybe you're being drawn towards the fire or maybe it's the connection with the air.

Notice which element is calling you today,

Which element is drawing your attention and go with that,

Go with that feeling,

Go with that knowing,

Taking your place in front of whatever elemental energy is calling your attention.

You can be seated or standing and you begin to close your eyes,

You place a hand on the heart and you breathe,

Dropping into that heart-centered space once again,

This space that you are always connected to.

And today we will practice asking the elements what message they have for you today.

So whether you felt called to the earth,

The water,

The fire,

The air,

Begin to ask that element,

What message do you have for me today?

What do you want me to know in this moment?

And you can repeat this several times asking the element,

What message do you have for me today?

And you can repeat this several times asking the element,

What it wants to show you today?

What is the message?

What is here for me?

Continue to breathe deeply,

Asking and repeating this question out loud,

Calling upon the energy of this element to fill you up,

Bringing your energy into the essence of this element,

Letting it flow within you and all around you.

What is your message for me today?

Breathe and listen and receive,

Noticing any sensations in the body,

Any tingles,

Any chills,

Any twitches,

Noticing any thoughts that pop into the mind,

Noticing any intuitive messages that drop in,

Noticing any visuals,

Anything that you might see or hear.

There are many ways for the elements,

For spirit to communicate with us.

And oftentimes it's more subtle than we think.

Oftentimes it's not an obvious answer,

But it's a knowing or a feeling.

So as you sit here in the secret garden,

Asking for a message,

Asking for guidance,

All you have to do is breathe and notice.

Maybe it's a subtle rocking back and forth or side to side.

Anything at all can be a message.

Stay here and breathe for a few more moments,

Taking in any last insights,

Any last awarenesses,

Any messages from this element.

When you feel complete,

Bringing the hands together in front of the heart,

Bowing deeply in reverence to this element,

Thanking this element for whatever it is that it showed you,

Thanking the element for all of the ways that it teaches you every single day,

Every way that it supports you in this life,

Sending your love and blessings and gratitude to this element now.

And as you rise back up,

You feel and know that you can always return to the space,

The sacred,

Secret garden,

Where you can seek guidance,

Seek clarity,

Ask for any insights or messages,

Ask for any teachings or learnings from this element or any of the elements.

You begin to turn to leave,

Exiting the garden the same way that you came,

Taking in everything as you walk back towards the stepping stones,

Saying goodbye,

I love you to the secret garden,

Knowing that you will return soon.

And as you approach the steps,

You see the 10 steps in front of you beginning to walk 1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

7,

8,

9,

10.

Back in the forest where you began.

Now shifting your awareness back to the physical body,

This present moment,

This present reality,

Take a deep breath into the heart space and a big exhale out of the mouth.

We'll do that twice more,

Making any sounds or sighs on the exhale,

Taking a big inhale here,

Exhale to release.

Last one,

Inhale and exhale.

Start to rub the palms together,

Generating some heat in between the hands and then place the palms anywhere on your body that needs a little love.

Maybe it's on the heart,

Maybe it's over the eyes,

Maybe it's on the womb space or the hips,

The knees,

Wherever your body could use a little extra love and warmth today,

Sending your energy there now.

Begin to repeat to yourself either out loud or in your mind,

I am whole,

I am love,

I am complete,

I wholly and completely love and accept myself in this moment and in all moments.

Placing the hands over the heart once again,

Maybe even wrapping your arms around you in a big hug,

Squeezing yourself in,

Feeling the love and warmth of your own energy,

Staying here for as long as you'd like and so it is.
