This meditation is designed to help you to visualize,
Step into,
And create your dream career or business.
Visualization is a powerful tool used by many successful people,
And it works.
You see,
The brain doesn't know the difference between what is real and what is imagined,
Because both of these occur inside your head.
So using visualization can help to acclimatize you to your vision and your dreams,
So that not only can you get used to the idea that it's possible for you and inevitable,
But it helps the subconscious to feel safe in this new reality because it gets used to being here.
This process also helps you to attune to possibilities and opportunities that are in your life right now that you might not otherwise recognize.
You may wish to do this process mentally as pure visualization or as a journaling exercise.
So take a few moments to get comfortable.
Take a few deep breaths to ground and center yourself into what we're doing right now.
Just parking any thoughts of anything that is going on outside of this moment so that you can really bring yourself into presence.
Imagine that you're just waking up in bed on a perfect day in your dream life.
What does this look like?
You can imagine the room,
Your sheets,
Anyone that's around you,
Where you are in the world,
Any smells,
Any sounds,
And how you're feeling to be waking up on this morning.
Are you excited?
Are you inspired?
And what is lighting you up?
What are you really excited that you get to do today?
And what is your deeper why for doing this?
For some it might be to be of service to the world,
To carry out your mission or your purpose in this lifetime.
Or perhaps it's to create a life of freedom or a life that enables you more flexibility and time with your family.
Just tune in and connect to what your reason is for wanting this to come to pass.
And then from here,
You're going to start your day.
So just imagining what that looks like for you,
How you want to start this day.
With exercise,
Going for a walk,
Meditation,
Having breakfast with your family,
Journaling,
Whatever resonates with you.
How do you start your day in this dream life?
And start to imagine how you're going to spend the rest of your day.
Perhaps now we've transitioned into your office.
Maybe it's in a city.
Maybe it's at home.
Maybe it's a co-working space.
Maybe you're writing a book in a log cabin somewhere.
Maybe your dream career doesn't involve an office.
And I'm inviting you to really put yourself in the environment where you wish to spend your days and how you wish to spend your time.
And as you tune into this place,
Thinking about all of the things that you get to do today.
What your to-do list is.
How you're in service.
What impact you're having.
Whatever that is for you.
Just imagining how all of that is going to play out in this day.
If there's anyone else around you,
Maybe imagining what you're wearing.
How you're showing up.
How you're interacting with people that are around you.
How you feel inside.
How you're caring for yourself.
And how you're supporting this life.
What you're doing to keep things running.
The work component that makes it all come true.
As we do this,
Some of the images or thoughts that pop up might appear random.
But just trust that they're here in this moment for a reason.
And taking a few more moments to stay in this vision.
Perhaps imagining the end of your day.
How it ends.
How you feel after this full day of being in this dream reality.
And then I invite you to say to yourself,
Or if you're journaling,
To write this down.
This,
Or something better,
For the highest good of all concern.
And take a nice big inhale.
Breathing in all of these feelings,
All of this energy,
All of this.
So visceral.
Where we have been.
Breathing that into your body in this moment.
And then just exhaling.
Letting it out.
And my invitation to you is to see how you can show up as this version today.
Like all of this is already here.
How can you feel as inspired as you felt in this exercise?
Anything that you can bring into your day.
I also recommend doing this meditation as often as possible.
Ideally every day.
So that you can really acclimatize to this.
And as you do it you can add different things on different days.
Maybe your vision will change over time.
As I said in the beginning,
This acclimatizes us to just be able to step effortlessly into this new reality.
When it shows up for us.
And you might find that a lot of it is already here.
