Welcome to day 13 of the Heart Workers 21 Day Meditation Journey.
Sit with a straight spine or lie down.
Relax your shoulders.
Rest your hands on your knees.
Close your eyes.
And take this time to connect with your own body.
Without trying to change anything,
Welcome the sensations and emotions that are present in your body and your mind right now.
Don't judge anything.
Turn your attention now to your breath and on your own take a few deep breaths to let yourself relax.

Now make no attempt to control anything.
Simply observe your breath as it flows in and out naturally.
Feel your breath as it flows into your nose,
As it moves into your throat,
Your chest,
Your belly.
Being in your heart means being your authentic self.
This is the only way you can inspire others to be in their heart too and to discover their unique path.
Seeing others,
Seeking inspiration in others does not mean comparing yourself to others.
Comparing yourself with others is a major trigger for a shame reaction,
For closing your heart.
You become blind to your own value and you are sending your heart the message that it is not worth it.
Why bring more unnecessary challenges to your life?
Identify now someone that comes back very often in your mind,
Someone you think you envy,
Someone you compare yourself to.
And instead of beating yourself or feeling inferior to this person,
Maybe there is something to discover about yourself.
Maybe you can identify a new desire thanks to this person.
Use the comparison to identify your own wishes,
Maybe new dreams.
Thank that person for showing you what you didn't know about yourself.
If you feel triggered,
It means there is a lesson for you.
Maybe you need to adjust something in your life.
Maybe you are not doing what you are truly supposed to be doing.
Question yourself.
And if you have someone in mind,
Tell that person that you are grateful for what she or he is teaching you.
And tell that person you are now going to do you and to continue your path with those new ideas and discoveries about yourself.
Now let's repeat three times in your mind today's affirmation.
I have my own unique value and people have their own unique value.
I will remain silent now for a few minutes.
You can turn your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
Simply relax into the quiet.
Let go of everything you have found.
