Welcome. A note before you begin. This meditation invites you into the experience of safety — and I want to honour, with full sincerity, that safety is not equally available to everyone. If you are moving through circumstances where a genuine threat is present in your life, please know this space holds that truth without bypassing it. This practice is not asking you to pretend. It is not asking you to override what is real. It is offering your nervous system a temporary, intentional pause — a moment of regulated breath and grounded presence — not as a denial of what exists outside this moment, but as a resource you can return to within it. Even in the most difficult seasons, the body retains the capacity for brief moments of regulation. This is one such invitation. Come as you are. Bring all of it. This meditation is offered from a trauma-informed, consent-based practice. Nothing here is prescriptive. Take what serves. Leave what does not.
