Join me in this practice to connect to your energy centre, your source of innate wisdom, your heart. Opening the heart space up, to fully let love reach all the parts of ourselves that have been closed off is some of the bravest and most courageous work that we can undertake. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. In today's practice we'll be connecting to our energy center, Our source of innate wisdom, Our life force, Our heart. Sit comfortably, Comfortably. With your neck straight, Your back upright. Notice the relationship with your body in space. If you feel comfortable and safe to do so, Gently close your eyes. Soften your face, Your mouth, Your jaw, Your shoulders, The space between your shoulders. With your awareness follow your breath as it flows in and out. Feel the breath flowing out from your inner heart, The center behind your breastbone. As the breath flows into the heart space, It opens up and expands your heart. With every breath your awareness settles more deeply into your inner heart space. Letting go of your breath. Allowing your breath to caress and open your heart. Allowing your attention to move through the cave of your heart. Feeling its depth. Feeling its energy. Letting yourself feel more and more at home in the center of your heart. With every breath rest in the space of your heart. With every breath rest deeply in the space of your heart. With every breath rest deeply in the space of your heart.
