In today's practice,

I'll be guiding you through a scan of your body.

You can be either sat down or let down.

Take any position that allows you to feel comfortable.

Notice the relationship with your body in space.

If you feel comfortable and safe to do so,

Gently close your eyes.

Or keep a soft gaze ahead.

Soften your face,

Your mouth,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders,

The space between your shoulders.

Notice the breath.

Do not change the breath.

Allow the breath to flow as it is.

With every inhalation,

Feel your body expand.

With every exhalation,

Feel your body soften.

Soften the weight of your body 1% more.

2% more.

Allow the earth to support you.

Soften your body.

Softly,

Slowly,

Gently bring your attention to your body.

Beginning at the crown of your head.

Scan all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Without judgement,

Notice what you're noticing.

Feel what you're feeling.

Soften your body.

Allow the breath to flow as it is.

Soften your body.

Soften your body.

Soften your body.

With every in-breath,

Breathing nourishment into the tender places.

With every out-breath,

Releasing any tension and gripping.

Soften your body.

Soften your body.

Soften your body.

Resting for longer in the places that are uncomfortable.

Feel what you're feeling.

Soften your body.

Now keeping the eyes closed,

We can relax our concentration.

Releasing all focus.

Allowing ourselves to be.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Bring some soft,

Gentle,

Slow movements to your body.

Whenever you are comfortable.

If your eyes were closed,

You can slowly,

Softly and gently open them.
