I'll be guiding you through a scan of your body.
You can be either sat down or let down.
Take any position that allows you to feel comfortable.
Notice the relationship with your body in space.
If you feel comfortable and safe to do so,

Scan all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Breathing nourishment into the tender places.

Releasing any tension and gripping.

Now keeping the eyes closed,
We can relax our concentration.
Releasing all focus.
Allowing ourselves to be.
Begin to deepen your breath.

Whenever you are comfortable.
