Allowing yourself to get really comfortable wherever you're sitting or lying,
Taking a moment to adjust your body,
Your clothing,
Your covers.
And taking a few big deep breaths,
Allowing your entire rib cage and abdomen to expand on the inhale and exhaling a sigh,
Releasing tension,
Tightness,
Releasing all that has happened today in whatever you're thinking about.

Feeling your shoulders drop down and back,
Letting them become heavy and open.
Letting your entire body sink into the surface below you.
Letting your muscles release and relax.
And letting everything become heavy and still.
Feel as though you can drop the energies of what you've been thinking about,
What you've been worrying about,
What decisions you've been trying to make.
Letting them drop into the ground below you.
Or letting them bubble up and float into the sunlight to be dissolved.
Now bringing your awareness to the center of your chest,
To your heart space.
Allowing your breath to the space and allowing your breath to loosen and expand your heart.
Feel as though your awareness of your heart and the breath that you're bringing there allow an unraveling,
An unfolding of the energies here.
Knowing that it's totally safe for you to let this armor,
This guard down for a little while.
You can always bring it back up,
Pull it back in.
But for now,
Letting there be an openness,
An expansion in your heart space allows you to feel more relaxed,
Safer,
More in touch with yourself,
More in touch with the divine wisdom that you hold.
As you keep your focus on your heart,
Just notice the sensations there.
Notice if it feels soft,
Gooey,
Hard,
Wooden,
Watery,
Smooth,
Or rough.
Whatever you notice is perfect for you right now.
Keep feeling these sensations,
Any really big,
Loud,
Uncomfortable sensations,
Or any quiet,
Subtle sensations.
Just noticing them and allowing them to be there.
If you can,
See if you can have a visual understanding of what is going on in your heart or any other way that you might be able to interpret the energy there.
Just allowing this energy to take an embodiment of some form that you can relate with,
That you can converse with.
You can bring this part of you in front of you as if it was a friend you were having tea with,
Or allow it to stay right there in your heart space,
Whatever feels most comfortable right now.
I want you to ask your heart to tell you what you most need to know right now.
And just listen.
Just notice what information appears to you,
What sensations,
Ideas,
Feelings arise.
Now you can ask your heart any clarifying questions about what has come up,
Or ask it any questions of what you've really been trying to figure out on your own.
And notice what you experience.
You can continue dialoguing with your heart in this way until you feel complete.
When you feel complete,
You can thank your heart for all of the wisdom and loving information it has provided you.
And if it has gone outside of you,
So you could talk to it,
Inviting it back into your body,
Into this loving space within you.
Know that you can come back and talk to your heart with this meditation,
Or on your own at any time,
Your own heart wisdom is always available to you,
Always loving you.
