Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this heart centering meditation.

My name is Elisa Celeste and I will be guiding you in this beautiful beautiful meditation and gently making yourself comfortable wherever you are and closing your eyes if it feels comfortable to you and starting to tune in within yourself,

Within your body and gently taking a long and slow and deep breath in,

Feeling the air in your belly and ever so gently releasing,

Letting go,

Another long and slow and deep breath in and ever so gently releasing and keeping breathing slowly and gently and deeply and starting to feel a connection with your body,

With your breath,

Starting to feel more present with each breath,

Feeling the air flowing in and ever so gently the air flowing out and using the breath to release any tension,

Anything that has happened during the day so far and is not serving you at this time,

Using the breath as a cleansing shower,

As a cleansing breath,

Fresh air coming in and still stagnant energy flowing out,

Feeling lighter with each and every breath,

Just notice how your body is starting to relax just a little bit more,

Is slowing down just a bit and now everything around you and inside of you is slowing down as well just a little bit more,

Feeling more present in the here and now,

In this precious and sacred moment,

There is nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do except to be right here,

Right now,

In this beautiful present moment and now we are going to call all your energy,

All the parts of you that have been left somewhere else,

Lost in thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensations,

Events,

Words,

Having just a gentle intention to call all your energy back in within yourself and feel and sense all your energy,

All the parts of you coming back to you,

To your center,

To your body,

To your heart,

Notice how you feel more complete within yourself,

Notice this gentle and empowering feeling of wholeness,

Of you can ground this beautiful energy deeply within your body,

Within your heart,

Feeling how stronger and complete you feel right now,

Empowered in your whole energy,

In your wholeness,

Feeling more present,

Feeling here and now with your whole body,

With your being and grounding this energy deep down within your body and through your body,

Deep down within the earth,

Coming right here,

Right now,

Fully present,

Fully centered within yourself,

Ready to start the day or to continue your day with presence centered within yourself,

Giving thanks for this beautiful presence within yourself,

For its guidance and feeling stronger and more powerful within yourself,

Taking a long and slow and deep breath in and gently releasing,

Taking another long and slow and deep breath in and coming back to your body,

To your physical sensation and whenever you're ready gently opening your eyes
