Welcome to this meditation to connect with your heart space,
Allowing yourself to adjust to a comfortable position,
Taking the time you need to find your sweet spot and comfortable position.
And perhaps you might feel like gently closing your eyes and starting to tune in with your inner world,
Tuning in with your breath,
The air flowing into your body,
Allowing these gentle movements,
Gentle flow of energy and breath to relax and soften your body,
Allowing new cleansing life force energy in with your in-breath,
Releasing any old energies through your out-breath,
Simply allowing this to happen,
Surrendering to this unconditional flow of life force energy,
Allowing a few moments in this awareness of the flow of your breath for you to gently relax into this new space,
From whatever it is that you were doing or thinking until now,
To this space of deeper listening,
Deeper connection with yourself,
Perhaps gently scanning your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and if there is any tension,
Just bring in more breath,
More life force energy in that space and allowing that space to soften,
To open up,
Feeling your body held and supported by Mother Earth,
Feeling your energetic connection with Gaia,
Feeling the safety,
The strength and in this space of support,
Of safety,
Perhaps you feel safer to surrender and soften a little bit more and becoming aware of your heart space and as your body is starting to soften,
Also your heart is starting to soften and open up,
Feeling how your heart is also held and supported by Mother Earth and feeling into this deeper part of you,
The most ancient part of you,
The truest part of you that is within your heart and asking yourself a few questions,
Tuning in with the intelligence of your heart and asking yourself what is it my inner state in this moment,
What is present in my heart in terms of energy,
Of feeling in this moment and just allowing whatever is present,
The energies present to be without judgment,
Without needing to control or force,
Just being open to receive and listen.
Now asking yourself what is my desired inner state,
If any different from your body?
What is my desired inner state,
The state I would like to feel right now?
What is preventing me from experiencing my desired inner state or more of my desired inner state?
What energy,
Frequency can I invite into my heart to bring me in alignment or in alignment with my desired state?
What energy am I called to invite in my heart?
And gently intending to invite this energy into your heart space,
Through your breath,
More of this energy that you need right now to infuse your heart,
To expand your heart,
To soften your heart.
And from that space of your heart,
Expanding even further,
Touching all parts of your body,
All the way to your extremities and beyond the limits of your physical body into your energetic field,
Infusing all your energetic field with that frequency you need right now.
And stay in this frequency for as long as you feel you need.
Softening into it.
