Hello,
My name is Elisa.
Welcome to this meditation about grounding and arriving.
Making yourself as comfortable as you possibly can where you are.
Allowing your body to feel held,
Supported and comfortable.
And gently starting to tune in with your inner world by closing your eyes if it feels comfortable for you or by holding a soft gaze.
And tuning in with your breath,
The air flowing in and out from your body.
And spending a few moments to gently connect with your breath.
Perhaps it's the air in and out from your nostrils.
Perhaps the belly rising and falling.
Allowing this breath,
Your next breath,
To be your anchor,
To come back to yourself.
And breathing in,
We are going to call in all of your life force energy into your belly.
And breathing out,
Imagining your grounding cord going deep into the earth.
Breathing in all of your life force energy.
Breathing out,
Grounding your life force energy through your energetic cord down into Mother Earth.
Breathing in deeply and slowly,
Your life force energy expanding your belly.
And breathing down,
Grounding,
Rooting yourself through your grounding cord.
And really feeling like an energetic cord from the base of your spine,
Traveling all the way down into the earth.
Down and grounding you in this space,
In this moment,
In your body.
And we are going to do this together for a few rounds.
I am going to guide you by simply saying,
Breathe,
For you to breathe in and call in all of your life force energy into your body.
And ground for you to imagine your grounding root and really pushing your cord deeper and deeper into the earth with each exhale.
Breathing in,
Breathing in,
Grounding down your energy.
Arriving in this moment,
Grounding down your energy right here.
Breathing in more of you,
More of your energy arriving here.
Doing this at your own pace for a few rounds.
Breathing in all of your life force energy and grounding yourself deep down into the earth,
Into your body,
To your energetic cord.
Breathing in,
Grounding yourself deep down into the earth.
And allowing yourself to be fully here.
Deeply rooted,
Deeply grounded,
Deeply present in your body.
And in this present moment,
Tuning in with this feeling of presence,
Of grounded presence within yourself.
And very gently starting to come back to the feelings of your body,
The feelings of the space you're in.
Bringing with you this sense of presence,
Of grounded presence for whatever it is that will unfold in your day to day.
Remembering your grounded sense of presence.
And using this technique of breathing in,
Grounding down and arriving whenever you need.
