Hi friends,
In this meditation we're going to explore the art of manifesting through gratefulness.
The frequency of gratitude is one of the most powerful tools to help you manifest what you want.
Let's get started.
Begin by sitting down comfortably in your favorite place to find peace.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath and slowly let it out.
Now connect with your breath.
Begin to really perceive that inhale as it travels up your lungs,
Through your esophagus and then your nostrils,
Swirling at the top.
And then with the exhale,
Witness the breath make its way down those same passageways effortlessly.
For the next couple of breaths,
Focus on the swirling that happens.
Bring your attention to that gentle undulating of this life force.
Maybe it feels velvety or even like cotton candy churning.
Continue to focus on this subtle and continuous movement.
Perhaps you begin to find some pleasure in this movement of the breath.
Continue to focus on this for the next few moments.
Prepare to think about three general things today that you feel grateful for.
For this manifestation meditation,
Begin to think specifically about what you would like to manifest.
Picture yourself having this or attaining this.
You might have just pictured yourself in the moment you attained this,
But now picture yourself on a regular weekday after having attained it.
What does that feel like?
Think of three emotions that you would feel on that regular weekday and continue to envision yourself there feeling those emotions.
Think of your current situation in that facet of your life today.
Maybe it's your love life or your current home or job.
Hone in on that situation.
Because you are trying to manifest a different situation,
I'm sure there are things that you don't necessarily like about this current state,
But right now focus on what you do like about it.
Better yet,
What you love about it.
For the next few moments,
Think about the positive things in this facet of your life.
Count these blessings.
Take a big inhale and let it out.
Now repeat to yourself these affirmations after me.
I welcome all the ways that the universe wants to bless me.
I am grateful now and that is keeping the door open for more blessings.
I fully accept the joy that wants to surface in my life.
Take one last full round of breath and exhale out.
