You are going to heal.
It won't happen as quickly as you'd like and this will test your patience.

Frequent your favorite place or somewhere lush and green.
Allow yourself to cry and feel depressed and all the emotions in between.
Remember that times of sadness require you to treat yourself with utmost kindness.
Surround yourself with the ones that will do just that.
You'll remember these people as the angels that help glue the pieces of you back.
