Alright my love,

Wherever you are,

Sitting,

Lying down,

Even moving,

Just take a moment to arrive now,

Land in your body and let your breath be the signal that you're back,

Back yourself.

Take a slow,

Full breath in through your nose and a deep,

Audible exhale out through the mouth.

Do that again.

In through your nose,

Out through the mouth.

Let it be a clearing.

With every inhale,

Invite yourself into stillness.

With every exhale,

Release whatever you're holding that's not yours to carry.

Let it go.

You don't need to earn your rest.

You don't need to explain your pause.

You can now gently close down your eyes if you haven't already and just let your breath move through you naturally,

Softly,

Gently.

As you breathe,

Bring your awareness to your body,

The parts that are touching the floor or the chair beneath you and let them get a little heavier.

Let your body be held by gravity.

Let your nervous system settle here.

Now,

Imagine a soft,

Golden light above your head,

Warm,

Calm,

Steady.

This light begins to pour down through the top of your head,

Moving through your face,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Down through your belly,

Hips,

Legs,

All the way down to your feet.

Cleansing,

Soothing,

Realigning you with your own rhythm.

This is your reset.

This is your return.

And as you sit here in this space,

No rushing,

No fixing,

I invite you to gently repeat the following affirmations in your mind or softly loud.

I am present.

I am grounded.

I am safe.

My energy is clear.

My heart is open.

I honor my pace.

I trust my path.

And just feel that settle into your body.

Breathe it in and let it land.

And then when you're ready,

Just take one final deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Bring your awareness back to your space.

Wiggle your fingers,

Move your shoulders,

And just allow your eyes to open gently now.

As you move through your day or into your evening,

Just remember this.

You don't have to carry everything.

You can return to yourself at any time.

And this version of you,

The present grounded one,

Is the most magnetic of them all.
