Welcome to your evening exhale.

This is your official permission slip to completely decompress,

To let it all go,

To just be exactly as you are.

This is your time to be a bit messy,

A bit undone.

No need to hold yourself together at all anymore.

You get to just be you now.

So let's start by taking off the day,

Like peeling off layers that you don't need anymore.

Maybe you've already changed into your comfy clothes,

Maybe your hair's up in that messy bun,

Or maybe you're sprawled out in your favorite spot.

Wherever you are,

Be there.

Be here.

This is your perfect space to be perfectly imperfect,

To let go of any shoulds,

To reset in your own beautiful way.

That urge for an after-dinner ritual,

We're giving it a new home now,

A fresh way to be,

One that leaves you feeling really good about your choices.

So I invite you now my love to just notice how your body feels in this moment,

And to notice this without judgment.

Maybe it's tired,

Maybe it's buzzing,

Or maybe it's somewhere in between.

Your body's carried you through another day.

It doesn't need to be fixed or changed,

It just needs to be listened to.

Feel your breath moving naturally,

Its own rhythm.

There's no need to change it,

Just like you don't need to change anything about yourself right now.

This is what real comfort feels like,

Not the kind we have to hide,

Not the kind that leaves us feeling guilty,

But the kind that feels like coming home to ourselves.

You might notice that pull for your usual evening ritual,

And that's okay.

It's just a habit looking for comfort.

But my love,

You are finding a real comfort right now,

The kind that stays with you.

Feel how clean and fresh everything is,

Your breath,

Your space,

Your choice.

This is your natural state of being.

And so as you sit in this evening moment,

Notice what you really need.

Maybe it's stillness,

Maybe it's movement,

Or maybe it's just permission to be.

You have made so many good choices today.

Choices that leave you feeling proud,

Choices that keep you feeling fresh and clean and sparkly.

Choices that are truly yours.

This evening time,

It belongs to you.

This comfort is yours.

This permission to just be,

It's also yours.

This is for you.

So just take another comfortable breath in,

And then releasing it when it feels right.

And just notice how your body has settled into this beautiful,

Honest space.
